Just a simple form I'd like you to fill out. There are a few requirements to go over, and I will go through these as I am able. I do not have some set number of crew that I am looking for. I may accept several, I might accept just one. We'll see how it goes, ne?

1) Be an active member in GCS.
2) Have at least 100 posts in-guild.
3) Have at least 200 posts out in the forums.
4) Have been a member of GCS for at least a month.
5) Have no problem with submitting your soul to MK for experiments.
