creativity gives people the chance to make choices and come up with ideas. there are those instances that we all think," hey, i have a great idea!" we work on it, and for the few, and perhaps the many, get the break they need. i think it is great to be free spirited and open to be creative. too strict and concerned gets nowhere fast.
