blaugh I've always wanted to play a contra bass clarinet, TT^TT but i thought our school was too poor to ever have one. We got a new director this year, so far i disliked him.. but when marching was over and i got my bass clarinet out,, he said something about there might be a contra alto clarinet in the back, so we looked and NO~ it's a Bb contra bass clarinet. OH my i am so excited to play it xd i'm going to die from the wait,, it was also really hard to find a reed,, lucky there was some unopened in the case,, HA~ now i am once again the only one on an instrument, (there is another little girl on bass clarinet, and i didn't want to share parts)
SO~! what's the one instrument you wish you could play

cello, piano, bandoneón (gotta love that argentinian tango), and I guess the bass clarinets.

We got a new director this year, so far i disliked him.. but when marching was over and i got my bass clarinet out,, he said something about there might be a contra alto clarinet in the back, so we looked and NO~ it's a Bb contra bass clarinet. wow...we had almost the same situation, except one of my friends randomly found something labeled "contra alto bass clarinet." she was in guard, (like me, but i used to play instruments) and didn't see anything wrong with that....i on the other hand, was very confused. but it made me happy because me and another of my friends LOVE contrabasses. and then it turned out to be a mis-labeled contra alto...but its still amazing cuz its the best we've got smile

i always wished i could play the euphonium...just cuz its an awesome name, and in our band, that section is super funny...cept i'm more of a woodwind player myself. contrabass clarinet (see above) would be amazing if it was physically possible for me to play one mrgreen

I wish I knew how to play piano.
I can tell you where the notes are and play things I've learned for the marimba and stuff. But I can't play the piano for real.

For me, bassoon was that instrument.
I'm satisfied with it... But I guess aside from that which I plan on learning (tenor saxophone), the one I'd choose is the oboe. Either that or the English horn. In fact I'd prefer the English horn.

ive always wanted to play the bass clarinet,alto sax, and piano.Those three instruments got my attention the most.

Seeing as I have played most instruments, I'd have to say my only dreams are obooe at school(in other words, not privately) and basoon, maybe trumpet(But I'm not a good brass player.)
I've played Trombone, flute, oboe, piano, violin, sax, clarinet(<3) percussion, and more.

I really really really want to learn cello, and harp. I know basic harp but I can't afford to buy my own, what I learned was on someone else's. The cello is a little more achievable. lol
Basically, I'd like to learn something other than brass.... I play horn and trumpet regularly and I want to learn a string or woodwind. Saxophone would be awesome!

I've always wanted to play the flute. I REALLY want to know how to play the piano. For concert band this year i was gunna do bass clarinet but it was to late and the parts got taken.
