Distinguishing Features ;
Small, pointed ears: Echo has no opinion of his ears, and I doubt that fact is going to change anytime soon. They’re just ears, after all.
Extremely long, black hair: Echo’s hair grows like a weed whenever it’s cut, but usually stays about the same length otherwise, which is from his head to the floor. When it’s wet, he looks like the swamp thing, which is a part he enjoys filling.
Skills / Abilities ;
Hypnotic Instrument Mastery: Essentially the talent to learn any instrument touched, although it will not be until a much later stage that he will be able to completely master it. Similar to the Piper's Call, much as in the legends, a nix is able to lure in humans, mainly women and children [particularly unbaptized children and pregnant women], to a watery demise, whether purposeful or not. The child will go into a sort of trance when playing near any body of water, and will be unable to break himself from said trance without some outside force's aid. The hypnotism is most powerful when used on a string instrument, such as the violin, cello, etc., as is the mastery of it.
Despite this mastery seeming to be second nature to the child, if he is brought that which he craves to the depths of his being for reasons even he is unsure of [a black animal, wet snuff, three drops of blood, or brännvin (Scandinavian vodka)], he will teach the person who has gifted him one of these things to play the violin with his skill and mastery.
Child is most musically active on Midsummer's Night [summer solstice], Christmas Eve, and Thursdays.
Child is unable to stay away from bodies of water for any extended period of time or will become despondent after a slowly worsening state of depression.

Full Personality ; Ever-the-happy little child, one of Echo's favourite things in the world [aside from music] would have to be getting candy. When informed of what Halloween was, and being shown the costume he was to wear, the boy ran around the house as well as one of his parents' office, hands poking out from under the sheet, asking for 'nums', his own made up words for candy. The only thing that seems to damper the boy's mood would have to be pants and shirts, as he loathes wearing either of them, and will do little more than sulk when he's wearing them. For the time being, however, he seems content to run around in nothing but a pair of underwear and sheet cut to look like a ghost, earning his parents odd looks [as though they didn't get enough], especially when the sheet 'just happened' to fall off.

Does not understand his friend Ellery at all, but rolls with it.
Thinks Matthew is his mother, not Paradise.
Barely remembers Paradise from before he left.
