The question, of course, had been: what to do with two corrupted Sailor Scouts who could not power down? No matter what he had done, no experimentation, no spells (and he was no damn good with spells -- what the hell did he look like, General-King Kunzite?) had been able to do anything with them -- it was a ******** sting in the tail, that was what it was. A failsafe. That if their starseeds were taken, nothing could be done about their real selves -- he'd questioned both of them, interrogated them both. They knew nothing. It was as though with their corruption, they had been born.
They knew details -- vague details -- but about the other senshi, nothing about identities. Nothing ******** useful.
His Queen had discovered that, years ago, corrupting Endymion. It had been idiocy to think this time would be anything different.
Both girls had been redressed by the Lieutenants: they no longer looked as though they were sailor senshi walking around. Felt, though, they still reeked of energy. (He didn't know which enterprising girl -- Tanzanite or Nealite -- had just shrugged and given Tisiphone a headband to cover up the dark mark on her forehead: she admittedly looked a little as though she had escaped the 1960s, but who the ******** cared?) That he could fix.
Both of them were sitting down in his office. Nemesis' sake, they still had massive ******** hair, currently in matching heavy braids. He'd given Nealite the ******** scissors. Ursula had discovered it wouldn't ******** cut.
The General-King looked at both, and reached out: two plain, silver bracelets, the kind that snapped around the wrist. Nothing fancy. Would give nothing away. Would, nonetheless, prevent this entire operation from spiralling out of control -- they could not afford to be outed, not with this few manpower. Not with a pool of solely nose-picking, whining, puking Lieutenants -- though, he had to grudgingly admit, there were a couple of captaincies in the making.
"Put these on."

Tisiphone had been idly itching her headband, wondering if she ought to invest in a hat while thinking that too would be uncomfortable. She doubted that makeup alone would do any good, and her inability to cut bangs into her hair had come as a mild annoyance, though it was oddly comforting to keep the bulk length of her hair. Her senses shifted when the General-King turned his attention to the duo, at utmost attention.
Though Tisiphone didn't think she'd become buddy-buddy with the leader on any terms, she did have a respect for him. Her loyalty was completely and utterly to the Negaverse, and if he was the leading tool for the Negaverse, then she was willing to listen. His commanding aura felt intrusive, but Tisiphone accepted it as part of the cause. What that cause was, she didn't know. All she knew was that it was for the Negaverse, and that was enough for her.
Had she any memory of her former self, Tisiphone would have recognized that she was still just as quiet, and still just as eager to begin her missions. She wanted to get out there and get things done, preferrably alone.
Dark eyes flicked briefly to the girl next to her; She hadn't really met the other senshi, but Tisiphone felt a natural kinship to her, a companion of sorts. She liked her for what she represented, yet, she also loathed her, though she couldn't explain why. For now, she set such feelings on the backburner, focusing on whatever was in the present.
She looked at the bracelets presented to them and took one wordlessly, figuring he would explain if there was a need to. Clasping it around her right wrist, she instantly felt what its purpose was. Tisiphone looked up expectantly, hoping for him to give her an assignment. If he didn't give her something to do, she felt rather tempted to sneak out on her own and explore a little. She wasn't a trouble maker by any relative means, but she had an (albeit unknown) purpose to achieve and she was determined to get there (wherever there was).

Nova was naturally expectant when Charonite called them to his office, uncomfortably bedecked in what she could only explain as a combination of Lts. Nealite and Tanzinite's tastes-- military jacket, tight pants, whore boots; the sort of look the now gone Sidra Winter's would have shuddered at but Sailor Nova shrugged it off. She had no time for something as idiotic as fashion.
Taking the bracelet from Charonite, Nova was silent. She had quickly learned to hold her tongue, knowing that whatever she said would only reflect badly on her. It was obvious what the bracelet was for the moment she put it on. Only her eyes gently flicking to Charonite's steely gaze (or, she could only suspect was a steely gaze as his sunglasses were firmly latched on to his face) betrayed any sort of question.
She knew what her orders were, though she wondered if she could do more. Anything to appease her great leader.

The simmering energy around the two had subsided the moment they'd snapped on the bracelets. It needed no explanation. They now gave off no more power than a normal human, except perhaps that the star seeds inside them did not sparkle like normal humans; but who'd be able to see that?
"When you remove them, it'll act as a normal god damn henshin -- it's been tested," he said. "You'll have to put them back on to go back to this form, and if you lose or break the ******** bracelets I'll have your ******** heads, so take care of them. In the meanwhile, let's discuss your profile."
He leant back in his chair. "Nova," he said. "Your new name is Naomi Killingworth and you are my beloved ******** niece, all right? Tisiphone, you're Theresa Killingworth, her sister. You're both taking over Lieutenant Nealite's secretary job here -- she has bigger ******** fish to fry. Nova, you're under Tanzanite. I was going to have you both under Tanzanite, only then you proved that when you're with her you both want to blow everything the ******** up, so. Tisiphone, you're going to be with Lieutenant Serandite. You'll both be staying in the teacher dorms. Are there any ******** questions?"
Pause. "And Nova, try to act like a normal human and not a ******** axe murderer. I'm not ******** interested in babysitting either of you, you hear me?"

Tisiphone--Or rather, Theresa Killingworth--hadn't met Lieutenant Serandite before. Then again, she hadn't actually met anymore before these last few days, but she was hoping the woman wouldn't be a deadweight.
"Yessir." Came her concise repsonse. Well, staying in the teachers dorms would be good. She would have no mundane schedule to get in her way nor students to bother with, and hopefully the secretarial paperwork wouldn't be time consuming.
"Will Lieutenant Serandite be handing out any other assignments, or shall I just be gathering star seeds?" The girl kept on a blank mask, but felt her energy perk up at the thought of getting out and about.

Nova-- er, Naomi Killingworth-- threw her best pout to Charonite as her beautiful and important outings with Tanzanite were belittled. At least she didn't have to share Tanzanite with Theresa. Ugh. This was Nova's first time meeting the other corrupted senshi, and she was mildly surprised at her utter revulsion of her. Whether it was because they were both corrupted senshi and Nova felt less special for it, or perhaps because she used to BE a senshi and it just FELT wrong, Nova had no idea. But for stupid Tisiphoney to be looked at with less disgrace was just annoying and Nova crossed her arms like a child and continued to pout.
"Do we have any assignments while we are human, sir? And a few of the other Lieutenants have tentatively asked about accompanying me to collect star seeds," there was a brief pause, "and to blow some more s**t up. Sir."

"That's all you ******** think about, isn't it," said the General-King, but he sounded resigned rather than major big-league pissed off about it. He was relaxing back in his chair. "You're going to train like you've never trained your god damned asses before. I know Astraea, and I know she's too busy going from place to place to do bullshit with any of you. In the Negaverse, we train. And you two are going to spar."
He looked as though he was daring either of them to complain. "You'll use the private gym here. That's how I want you to spend most of your time. I don't want large-scale destruction just yet. And I don't want you going out ever unaccompanied by another Lieutenant.
"That's an order. You're going to learn to take orders. When either of you can go and take actual star seeds without blowing up the god damned star seed as well as half the block and some of the road, then you can go out alone. Right now you're both glass cannons: you shatter when you shoot."
He looked at both of them, measuring them up, as though balancing them. "Besides," he said. "I have a bigger purpose in mind for you two. Bigger than either of you can even possibly ******** fathom when you were ******** around as senshi. Who do you two serve? Answer me that."

On the one hand, training meant beating others up. Yay! On the other hand, training was now obligatory and thus Tisiphone felt naturally inclined to dislike it. Childish mentality aside, she was pleased that he had at least mentioned the star seed gathering, even if it had to be with another lieutenant. That might not stop her from sneaking out unaccompanied, but it was a start.
The girl heaved a mental sigh. No mass destruction. It made her sad.
She didn't even think that his final question might have been a retorical one, "The Negaverse."

Nova's stomach sort of fell at the mention of sparring. Even though she felt rather angsty, Bruce-Willis-style blow s**t up fun times, she had never been much of a fighter. Her one mode of fighting was "catfight", all nails and teeth, but she doubted the militaristic Negaverse to be fighting like that. With her luck, Tisiphoney would actually be good at it. And Nova wasn't sure how she would like the other corrupted senshi, almost her equal (though she was a SUPER corrupted Senshi, put that in your pipe and smoke it, ha).
"...the Ngeaverse," Nova answered reluctantly, a beat behind Tisiphoney. Stupid, stupid, don't look so pouty, she told herself, but she couldn't help it-- Tisiphoney seemed to comfortable with all of this and Nova herself was on pins and needles, having not a clue what her purpose was anymore. All she had were orders, and somehow, even that wasn't enough.

"And don't you two ever ******** forget it," he said.
Charonite leant back in his chair again, fiddling with his sunglasses. "Get one thing straight into your heads," he said. "You're weapons. You're not Lieutenants: you're our guns. It means you don't have to answer to people, but you have to focus on what you god damned are: and if you're weapons, keep yourself in the best condition you can. You're going to be senshi-killers. I'm not ******** interested in you two jacking star seeds as much, I'm interested in you two getting rid of the opposition -- without also getting rid of half the neighbourhood, Nova, goddamn it."
Then he said: "Tisiphone, you'll meet Serandite tonight. Nova, keep with Tanzanite. Clear? Any questions, and if you have questions make sure they're questions that I'm not going to answer by kicking your asses?"
