Xill:

A four-armed four foot humanoid demon. It is believed that it was created as a failed experiment. These demon's are always trying to cause chaos and are frequently found trying to get into towns and cities. Its arms are solid enough to not receive any damage from attacks.

To slay a Xill one must cut off its head or stab it in the chest.
