-> A potential pack/group must have at least five members. Once the pack/group is established, members may come and go, and they may drop below the five-member rule. If nobody is left, however, the pride/pack/clan will be disbanded.

-> All packs/groups will be non-unique lineart. That means all cubs and characters for the pride will be colored in the rogue lineart of that species.

-> All new packs/groups must have someone create their own cert background. It must be approved by Meep. No photos or screengrabs may be used for this, it should be original art.

-> Individuals may now be ruler for more than one pack/group.

-> There are IC Rulers and OOC Rulers of packs/groups. IC rulers are those who actually rule the pride (for example, a king or a queen). OOC rulers may be individuals that do not have a king/queen, but who still get to make decisions about the pack/group (for example, the heir or perhaps the owner of the former king/queen who passed away). There can be no more than 3 total IC and OOC rulers for single pack/group. All rulers have equal power shares in deciding what will happen with the future of the pack. Please be sure you can get along with the other rulers of your pride/pack.

-> Rulers of the pack/group may purge idle members as they see fit.
