Imamu was simply off hunting. Just as her sister said, "One should always be prepared... may winter come and surprise these lands we will be prepared." Just that.. the swampy yet still foresty started to get colder.. Imamu was too thick headed to let her sister die. Running off ~ away from these lands that only the dead walked..
It was probably mid afternoon when she arrived miles away from where she and her sister stayed, along a few miles where their parents stayed with their almost 18 siblings. Father, had another litter and Subira wanted nothing to do with them. So they moved.. in a place Subira was most comfortable. The dead lands.
Quickly moved she across the forest... and made it to the clearings.. where the grass was tanned and tall.. Elk, gazelle, and some deer would wonder here in their travels. Perfect food.. It was then that she was off to wonder until she found prey.. Almost low to the ground but enough to see somewhat through the grass.. Miles away.. Deep within her den. Subira sat.. in front of her open flame.. Casting white powder in to it.. just a sprinkle before she inhaled and lifted her head up.. Taking in the smells of the spirits.. of nature.. she felt things around her.. but were not there.. as if she were speaking to 'the wise men' ... Of the spirits before her. And in just a brief second she howled that shook her very insides.. and brought upon hallucinations.. of what she thought was the future sight. Something that her mother inherited from a late relative. But her aunt had shown her the ways to listen to the spirits.. and the herbs.. and the earth. Of what the future can bring..

Izipho had wandered away from home once again. Her mother didn't really care if she did, which suited this loner just fine. But she was getting hungry again and tired of eating bugs. The crunchy ones were good every now and then, but she wanted some meat. The little pup didn't know how to hunt for herself yet, either. Mother was showing them one by one and Izipho was the last of her litter, the baby of the family. The only one to get this much of her mother's brown, too. Which made her feel like an outcast in a kind of way.
Sniffing around in some bushes, she was hoping hyenas drug a carcass in here or something so she could be a leech and eat that way. So far, no such luck. Green eyes weren't aware to another wild dog hunting in this area, her ears hadn't learned to pick up on certain sounds. All she heard was the rustling of leaves all around her because she was moving them, wanting something to fill her belly. In a way, she blended with the branches of the bushes, her eyes blending with the leaves. So if one were to try to find her, they'd have a hard time unless they smelled her out.
Shifting, she stuck her nose out of the bush and sneezed quite loudly, enough to hear it echo a ways away. "Oh, perfect. Now I've given away my location."

Imamu was all around the grass like a snake... as her hunting style was almost flawless. Her mother was the one whom taught their siblings how to hunt but Imamu found it to... humble. Since she was little. She hunted.. from little things like bunnies to large gazelle but. As a pup she would always get toppled over by the bodies of her prey. This time.. as she grew older. Slimmer..and taller. She was able to perfect the stance. Style.
She smelt the air of something musky. Like thick fur.. one that was nurtured a bit too much. Of 'nice' fur. It had to be an infant. Or still a child out of a den of sorts.. easy prey. Something before the small winter.. she closed in but her ears poked up and moved towards the sound. Rustling of leafs.. Then another off sound.. which made her slick through the grass and in to the bushes just as quickly as the little one sneezed and before the little runt could get away Imamu took the chance to pounce on her and hold her neck down. This was for when children tried to yell for help.. but when she got a good look at what she caught.. she stopped. Put a paw over her back and lifted her head up ligthly. Smelling.. and pressing a cold wet nose against the brown fur.. It was....
A wilddog pup!? She gave herself leisure and widely grinned. "Aww... what do we got here' eh?" She snugged her nose in to the fur.. never really meeting a pup so.. rogue like without a family member present.. Somehow. She seemed like Subira and herself. Always away.. Somehow. It felt so weird.. a pup in her paws.. instead of prey. Mother wouldn't be thrilled to find that she mistaken a wildog pup for prey.. and Subira wouldn't be too thrilled neither.. But a follower.. maybe.. but those thoughts wouldn't reach Imamu's poor wild like mind. More warrior hunter like then a thinker.
She moved her paw across to the mid of the child's back and pushed the pup's head up with her nose. To get a good look at its face..

Izi yipped as she was touched and then whined, looking up into the others face, her own looking quite fearful. She'd never run into another wild dog before, especially one with such strange markings. Her lime green eyes stood out from the rest of her, clear and pure with innocents. Yes, Izi wasn't corrupt, and she was quite smart. That showed in her eyes as she thought of a way to escape without causing a fight.
Flicking her eyes to the side, she saw an opening, but she didn't really want to leave. She wanted to see what the other one was doing. "Uuhm.. 'scuse me, but could you let me go?" She said, squirming uncomfortably. She'd moved out into view when prompted too, but she felt even more exposed.

"Mm'm?" Then slowly she lifted up her pup that had left a minor indent with the dirt... But her fur was brown already and she never really noticed. "Sorry little one. Just never seen...ah lil one since I was.. well. Lil." Taking in a wholesome laugh but ... they never really laughed. It sounded more like a snicker..
She wagged her tail. Oh- this was quite an encounter. "Such a young pup~ What are you out of a den for..." Taking a wiff of the mothering scent still. "So sweet the smell of a mother...is it not~" She wouldn't exactly know. SHe was more inclined to being father's lil pet but never got noticed. Her tail wagging- oh she was just having a ball of snickering. Her childhood was somewhat played back to her.
White ears fanned back , not like her mom's at that age. Her's were an average size and now that she watched the pup give her room she tried to talk maybe a little softer. Going up to her and sinking down to her level in height. Close to the floor.. "I don't hurt pups.. Im not cruel~" But she didn't take that too seriously. SHe'd never hurt a WILDDOG pup. But OH could she tare a pup in part if she could.. and sometimes even her words stung and slashed worse than her bites and claws... but she tried. She was curious.. and loving the fact their was.. a pup in front of her!
Where she came from. Who she was.. all these things just wouldn't stop whirling in her head..So many questions.

"Well.... there are... lots of pups around. My litter mates," she said to the older one, looking up at her with those green eyes. Izipho licked her muzzle a little and continued listening. The others voice was so odd to her.
"Momma lets us out of the den when she hunts. We never stay in it anyway. And yes, momma does smell good." She didn't know not everyone was fortunate enough to have a mother. Izi didn't have a father, but that wasn't unusual, she didn't think. Her own tail wagged, and her ears flicked as she heard the snickering. All of a sudden, she saw those ears fan back and her brows kneaded together.
"I-It's good.. that you don't hurt pups," she said quietly, not really sure what to say or do around the other. She hadn't met another adult wild dog before, so she was highly uncomfortable.

Voices.. Many voices swirled in her head. Then a prominent one came in to the front of her mind.
"Bring her to me."
Imamu's eyes closed. With a huge gasp as she opened her eyes to look at the pup but instead of the pup she saw the friend that left her. The one that danced.. "Never sm' so forgetem. Yea know.. I never really knew pups around my age. How about.. we hang out. We could hunt for treasures.- Unless your hungry, I just got something fresh... Mmm. Wish I was younger but I think I can keep up. What do you say?" A light smile which looked awkward since she just normally wasn't acustomed to 'fun'. Just hunt but she tried.. She'd take this pup in.
'Forget the mom that lets them loose.. how about we become best friends. Buddy and pals.. I won't ever leave you.' She thought as she looked to the pup.

She was a bit hungry; she was trying to hunt before. Bit Izipho didn't know how to hunt. Her mother didn't teach her, yet. Her big ears flicked before nodding. "We can hunt and go look for treasure!" All nervousness washed away. If the other dog wanted to hurt her, she would have already. Besides, bad guys didn't offer pups food or fun! Her tail wagged as she straightened herself up and shook out her brown and black fur. Momma wouldn't be back for a bit long, Izi had plenty of time!
"Did... I tell you my name is Izipho? My family calls me Izi. So you can too!"

"Izipho. I like it. You can just call me 'Mamu'. Its what everyone calls me." She pulled the girl in and looked across.. Remembering where she had found her last bundle of stuff. "I saw some searocks on the other side of the dirt lands and some bones." Nodding with a small delight. "Let's go eat first. Come'on. Its at my den! Whoever gets there first is a hard vulture egg!"
The kid side coming out slowly and a bright smile came out form the black skull upon her face. Then she darted. "My den is in the biiiiggg shadowy pile of rocks! Within the forest~ but of course you can't beat me!" Then dashed off, after nudging the other's head with her own.

When the older dog took off, Izi followed suit, giggling and nodding a bit. Her den sounded amazing, just because it had food in it! Her did usually did, but all of her siblings were growing and eating so much, maybe she could actually get her fill this time! "I can't wait!" The nudging, the friendly talk, it all calmed Izipho's nerves down so much, she forgot she was afraid of this female before hand! This would be so much fun; an adventure complete with lots of exploring and a new friend.

She jumped high over bushes and was pretty graceful since she was a growing hunter like her mother was of the family. Now... she was a hunter soully for her sister. Til now. When they got close enough she dug her face within a bush.. For a few minutes she stayed there and when she came out she had a dead gazelle.. She had caught it moments ago but wanted to see if she could find more stuff of her collection first. Yea know- EVERY dragon has their 'treasure'.
"Yea know.. I think this might be enough-" Talking alloud as she brought along with her a dead gazelle. "Subba will be be glad.. right? I think so.. Not like the other.. hmm.." Then she looked to the side. Hearing the paws of a pup echoing about. "Iziiiy~" She called. "This way!" A bright smile. As if it was an instant connection of an adoption in her heart but of course... Imamu wasn't the one to 'collect' and 'treasure' souls. The bodies of others.. Nope. But surely enough she was related to one that did.

She followed the other as best as she could. Isi wasn't graceful, couldn't jump that high, or run that fast. But those things could be taught, couldn't they? She moved into the bush when beconed. She blinked at the gazelle body and stared, her mouth watering. She knew nothing of the abilities of the others, and didn't even know who 'Subba' was. All she kew is that she felt drawn to the other female and knew she was safe! After all, she took down a gazelle! "Wooow! Lookit! It's so big. You caught it by yourself? Will you teach me?!"

[ Im guessing Imamu takes her in after this and raises her? <33 I'd like more rp with that~ and less fail on my part with replying > She nudged Isi softly and watched how excitement grew from the young pup. Her ears grew and a smile brewed upon her face, more surprised look but she ... somehow felt happy like this. "Of course I did." Humbly saying so as she wagged her tail and lowered her head to nudge her. Softly she laughed. "Of course I'll teach you~" She chirped. Standing and giving a relaxing sigh. "You'll be the best hunter If I have anything to do with it." Shaking her shoulders in accomplishment.
"As long as you say~ you will be a dragon." Stepping over the carcess and slowly nudging her nose under- then pushed against it lightly enough to go under to slid it on her back. "Come on. My other half is waiting for us." Nodding as she slowly and carefully made it out of the lush brush before walking out in to the open woods.. Looking up and hearing from predators.
"If you want to learn~ First thing is always hear for predators before taking prey. " Looking at the pup. "You'll get it within time, trust me."

The brown female nodded and looked eager and excited, as most pups would, at this point. She looked confused, though, when she mentioned a dragon. What was that? Izipho stopped the question before it formed on her lips and followed after the bigger female. Well, this would be one interesting life! Her tail flicked and they set off relatively quietly back to her new 'mother's other half.
[No problem! I would love more RP for Izi]

Imamu trotted along... flipping her tail about as she followed the path home. Well. Home to her sister's. Looking back occasionally and slowly down for the pup to catch up. Not only a few long strides and twist and turns til they got to what looked like a cave coming from the greenery. Stopping, as she came close.. and smelling the air of ashes and dead things...
And as she did so.. a flame blew... scorching rocks.. as it then appeared the form of a 'dragon' within the cave...
"That is Subba... my other half." Standing still and unmoved by her display..
Slowly Subira moved.. out of the cave.. eyes slitted.. as they always have been and neutral in all ways. "Hello...sister." Then her black soulless eyes looked to Izi... blankly. "Why... what a cute thing you brought along with you.." She tried a smile.. but it was almost creepily dark. "So...small." A smirk across her face... "Come to me..~"
"Don't worry. I'll take care of you.. my sister~ she watches destinies and can see the future~" Softy she leaned down to a lay position.. The adoption now.. would be complete.
