I have been horrible as of late. Yup, I admit it. When I first started out, wasn't that way. So many events, both good and bad, have transpired outside of the guild that it ends up taking my attention, but I'm rallying to revive the role playing forum and everything that surrounds it with the help of our many members. My moderators have been feeling the pressure from their own personal lives as well, so it has been slightly difficult to continue in the right direction without breaking apart from the guild that me and Raimu created. I pose one simple question, since everything seems to be at a critical crossroads regarding this guild. Should I continue to do events outside of the guild or do some specifically for the guild? I cannot do this alone, but this is somewhat of a petition to see how many will sign on to it. I'll be fine either way, but as long as you all are in then we can do this.

I find it easier to have events inside the guild. It's less of a crowd, but I'm easily reminded that it's still going on and I can make a few more posts. Less people means you won't be ignored, and more people will be inclined to participate because we're not strangers. It seems like more of your friends outside the guild invade the events than we do.
It also makes members linger around more and update in the roleplaying forums. Here to post at the event, why not slip an rp post in while we're here? That kind of thing.
Events outside the guild are good for promoting the guild and enticing other members to join, but that doesn't mean much when we aren't around to keep the guild alive. The priority is the guild. Then comes recruitment.

I agree with Dev. Any time I try to go to events outside the guild, I usually feel really left out, cause pretty much everyone that shows up are people not in the guild and already all seem to know each other and i'm just left sitting there like .___.
So yeah, while I still think we should have some promotions outside, I think events should be held inside.
Also Sho, I have a few guild ideas I wanna run by you~ IM me some time.

Yeah, I feel the same as Dev and Vigs. Its really awkward for me in the outside events, because I'm around people I don't really know. But we're a family here, and while I don't know all of the people here, I know plenty to feel more comfortable inside of it.
So, yeah, events inside the guild would make a very happy Pur. ;D
