Like all of Australia's best loved or known things, we didn't actually create the pavlova - we stole it from New Zealand
  I think it was named after an opera singer or ballerina or something
  It'd be fairly cool to have a dessert named after you
  Like Dame Nellie Melba (Australian opera singer in the early 1900s) got Peach Melba named after her
  (Even though that's pretty much just ice cream and peaches :P)
  ANYWAY, pavlova is nice... xD
