Do you have a band mascot that isn't your schools mascot? Or maybe it is?
Ours is an orange traffic cone named Bob. The drummers even made a song for him. biggrin
Tell me about you weird mascots.

We have mascots-for-a-day, really.
Pit freshman year was the baby spider Bob... Concert percussion is Justin Case the Baby Doll...although he's survived three years and I really hope the senior doesn't take him with him when he leaves ;-; Drumline was the dead breakdancing fly... One day of band camp was the dead dragonfly...
If there's section traditions *saxes had Power Ranger figurines last year? lol* I don't know about them...

Mmm the tuba monkey biggrin He sits in the section leaders left pocket and every tuba has to give him two squeezes before every performance. He is our good luck charm. My senior year I was sick and my second chair did not pick him up before a game, and thus his 3rd valve slide fell out during the halftime show.

We also have a monkey. He came in regards to what we call "monkey feet" because that's easier to say than "put your feet as if you are just now getting to this spot." Thus we just came to say monkey feet and the monkey appeared. As time went on, one of the band members made him a uniform and gave him a podium to stand on. And now he comes to every rehearsal and sits on the main podium with the drum major.

We have an stuffed animal Armadillo named Jet Li as our mascot and he sits on the tractor when we take the percussion stuff to the football field, and he has his own facebbok page XD
The interesting thing is how he became our mascot, in music class (not band) we were watching this art video and this guys had an armadillo statue showing form and he was saying "you need to feel the armadillo" and what not. So a kid came in a day or so later and gave the teacher a armadillo doll and so since then he has been the band's mascot.

Yeah, our moscot is our drummer Aaron. Because he always teases the teacher and she battles back. He became our mascot not too long ago but he always has to do something to piss her off. It's hilarious.

Our mascot is a Tiger named Charlie.
Well that's because our school's name is Sir Charles Tupper, and our mascot is the Tigers.
