Jagex changes a light bulb? I have three main answers. I will post them after I get some responses. xd

1.) They send out a memo telling everyone in the building that they are
going to change the burnt out light bulb on the 3rd floor, in room 4b.
2.) About a month later they send a repair guy up to the room but when he
gets there oh no! He doesn't have the right kind of bulb, so he leaves.
3.) Another month goes by, and the repair guy comes back with the right
light bulb. The guy screws the bulb into the socket and BAM! The whole
floor goes out.
Jagex will now be closed due to technical difficulties.

they post a dev blog about it and brainstorm about ideas on what to do about the lightbulb, then go into the forums and ask the rs players what to do about the lightbulb, then they mob in rs and ask for support on how to chnage the lightbulb. the lighbulb remains unchanged like the rs polls have been

Trick questoin. really they dont change the ligbulb. they remodel the floor to be full of windows and other useless junk and think people will like it better this way.. when they get complaints. they claim that it will make it a better place.

Well using lighting from the windows does save energy... hmmm

ANSWERS!
The skillers complain that it requires levels that they do not wish to gain, but would totally help their skilling.
The high levels complain that it totally underminds their accomplishments.
While the PKers complain about how the old one was better. They then rant and riot telling Jagex to bring the old one back.
