Tykier happily worked on cleaning up the shop before he opened the doors. His boss, Kaz, let him bring along his younger sibling, Kyler, because Eve had to do something for the magi up in Canada. Ty hummed a song that was stuck in his head all day.
Kyler sat in the magical library, where if you need a book from there, it would instantly float down into your lap. He was 'reading' a Braille book. He laughed as his fingers scanned the tops of the bumps.
After all was said, and done in the agenda. He walked over to the doors, and flipped over the sign. Ty walked back over to where Kyler was, got a book float down to him, and started to read.

The door to the coffee shop opened, and Auryn skipped happily into the store. Once inside, she waited and turned to watch Litural carefully close the door behind him after holding it open for her. The weather was getting cold again, so they were both wrapped snugly in sweaters. Lit even had a scarf loosely coiled around he neck. As a kid he'd never had a problem with winter...but now, after growing older? He hated the cold.
"You're so silly Lit'ral," Auryn would tease as the older spawn rubbed his hands together.
"You're insane for liking this crap weather," Litural growled back, starting to follow the red-head girl up to the counter...but stopped short when his third eye caught sight of a familiar face.
Tykier. The whiny little brat that always caused Lit so much trouble. The whiny little brat...that wasn't little anymore. When did he get so big? Feeling his lip curl with a growl, Litural fought the urge to launch himself across the room and tear out his half-brother's throat.
Auryn had also stopped by now, but for a totally different reason. She, too, had seen the other spawn and was staring at him with a goofy grin. His aura was split, like her own but more like Lit's was split. The two swirling brightnesses made her giggle as she bounced up to the counter.
"Hi! You're a spawn like me and Lit are!" Auryn exclaimed cheerily.
She turned around to comment to her "brother", head tilting curiously when she realized he wasn't behind her; "What's wrong?" she asked.
"We should go somewhere else for cocoa, 'Ryn," he suggested gruffly. Actually, he was already starting to turn and head out.
"Nooooo!" Auryn whined, rushing over and grabbing his pant leg. "I like this place better!" she said with a pout. "Besides, you don't wanna go out in the cold again, do you?" She gave him The Puppy Eyes.
"If it saves me from being around him," Litural almost snapped, yanking his leg out of her pudgy little grip while shooting a Death Glare in Ty's direction. "Then it's worth it."

Tykier looked over to the conversation near the door, and saw a familiar face. He smiled, and walked over there, "Hey, there, Lit. Haven't changed a bit, have you?" His feathers ruffled as he lifted his arm up to scratch an itch behind his ear feathers.
Kyler looked up to the sounds of voices, and of Tykier. "Big Brother? Who's here???" Tui and La looked up from petting Kyler, and was pulling on him to get up. "Okay, okay! Goodness you two," the child giggled, and got up. He made his way to where he heard Tykier's voice, frequently bumping into some things.
Tykier smiled, "It's okay, Kyler... It's just some kids from that building..." Ty looked back at Litural, "So... You were looking for some cocoa..?"

"Wish I could say the same for you," Lit snorted, defensive. "And no, we were just leaving."
He turned again, reaching to open the door, but Auryn stayed put. She wasn't going out again, not when they were already here. Besides, something much more interesting had caught her attention. There was someone else here; someone like her, like this Ty person was like Litural and how Espen was like her.
Much more similar to how Espen was like her, though.
"No," she stated firmly to her baby-sitter, turning around and running back over to the counter. She was looking for this new aura that she knew was there. She found Kyler quickly.
"Wow, you're like me!" Auryn said with glee, heading over to where Kyler was.
"Auryn, no..." Lit started, and found he'd have no choice. He was going to be stuck here, with Tykier, for however long it took 'Ryn to figure out that having the two Wrath spawns in the same room was a bad idea.
Lovely.

Tykier laughed, "Why are you so tense?" He went over to the counter, and started making some hot chocolate, "So... Do you want anything added to the cocoa?" Ty wanted to try to make friends with Lit this time.
Kyler's eyes jerked up a bit, "Huh? Who are you?" Tui and La, both excited, went over to see Auryn. Their own feathers ruffling gently as they pet Auryn's small wings. "Tui... La... Get back over here! She probably doesn't want the both of you touching her!"

The little girl giggled happily as the strange things that were neither tentacles nor wings reached out for her; stretching out her chubby fingers to inspect them as easily as they investigated her. They felt strange, like nothing she'd ever experienced before.
"No, it's ok," Auryn reassured the other boy. "They're sweet...they're strange, though. What are these?"
Lit stood his ground far on the other side of the store, though he did move out of the way of the door in case anyone else decided to come in after them. Too bad he couldn't make a break for it once someone else did come in, but he couldn't leave Auryn here. Santana would kill him.
"It's not for me, it's for Auryn," he answered the question. Well, at least he answered it.
"And I don't like you," was the blunt response to Ty's first question, feeling his feathered wings ruffle in agitation behind his back.

Kyler giggled, "They're my tentawings... I'm part Lust, so I have tentacles... But growing on my back. And they have feathers, like wings... The one on the left is La, and the one on the right is Tui!" La started to gently wrap around Auryn's hand, and it felt like La was purring because he was vibrating. Kyler giggled again, "Apparently he likes you..."
Tykier looked confused, "Why do you hate me?" He got out some cocoa, and started to boil some milk.

The pale eyed little girl wiggled her fingers excitedly as the...tentawing...started to "purr" around her wrist. She reached out and pet the end of it affectionately, lifting her hand to her face in order to nuzzle the appendage.
"These are great," she commented quietly.
Too bad her wings couldn't be like this, or Lit's for that matter. Her wings didn't really do anything besides, well...sit on her back.
"I don't have to explain my reasons to you," Litural growled in a huff, crossing his arms before his chest. "Auryn! Come on and get your cocoa so that we can get out of here."
Auryn glanced back at the sound of her name, making a pouty scowl about Lit's request; "Can we at least stay so that I can drink it with Kyler?" she asked.
The red-skinned spawn was pulling on the chain that hooked into his back pocket, tugging his wallet to his hands and starting to get out some cash; he debated 'Ryn's request.
"How much for the cocoa?" he shot at Ty, still considering.
"Please, Lit'ral?" Auryn asked again, not yet having moved since her hand was still entangled by Kyler's tentawing.
"Five more minutes," Lit muttered, rolling his eyes at the squeal the little girl let out. He continued to wait for Ty's answer.
"Come on, Ky-ky! Have cocoa with me?" Auryn said, reaching for Kyler's hand in order to walk with him to where the counter was.
