So, what this thread is for is the fashion, costumes, and style from the eras, not the actual era itself.
First up, we have the Tetsu Era:
(The one on the far right that most won't recognize is their little-known first drummer, Gaz)
Second, Gackt Era:
And lastly, Klaha Era:

I, personally, like the Gackt Era. The Tetsu Era fashion was okay, but it was plain, and not really visual kei, which I felt was one of the band's goals. And the Klaha Era was nice, and fit under VK, but there was a huge lack of color and imagination.

Yeah, the Klaha Era outfits were more aristocratic, where the Gackt Era was more avant garde. Just about anything looks plain next to avant garde. XD

I like gackt and Klaha's era almost the same, but if I have to choose I would pick Gackt, I like the way they combined pop with goth, I think it's kind of sad that they're only goth when Klaha joins... but I love klaha too^^

Yeah, that was a little sad. This may be over analyzing... But after Kami died and Klaha joined, then all just seemed like they were at one huge funeral... >.> No color, except for the few times Mana wore something other than black, like in the Gardenia video.

*nod* But, nonetheless, they all have pretty good taste... 'Cept Yu~ki... He kinda weirded me out sometimes with that French mustache of his. XD

hahaha I love Yu-ki's mustaches, especially in Bel Air the video, he and Közi looks sooooo good=)

For some reason, when I saw the Bel Air video, I took one look at Yu~ki, and said "WTF, golfer?" He just looks like he should be on a golf course, whacking at the sand with a golf club. XD

For some reason, when I saw the Bel Air video, I took one look at Yu~ki, and said "WTF, golfer?" He just looks like he should be on a golf course, whacking at the sand with a golf club. XD
____ hahaha maybe but he looks very good in Bel Air, but for some reason I don't really like him in the movie...

Gackt era is my favorite, but then I'm a HUGE Gackt fan so I'm kinda biased. sweatdrop But besides the awesomeness that is the Gackt, I love the costumes- they're just so over-the-top VK. Though, I love a lot of Mana's dresses- he was such pretty ice-princess doll. Except his dress in Ma Cheri kinda scared me, and I swear Gackt actually sparkled. xd
