Well, I've been looking at different animes and stuff and saw a interesting girl with pink hair. I found out that she was from an anime/video game called "Nanatsuiro Drops". Does anyone know a lot about it? It's sounds pretty cool to me. What's the main story line?

This is according to wikipedia:
Masaharu Tsuwabuki is a normal student, though not very social. One day he meets a new student named Sumomo Akihime, and another girl named Yaeno Nadeshiko, Sumomo's close friend. That same afternoon, he suddenly bumps into Arthur, a servant of Nona Yuki from Figurare who at the time was disguised with a mask. The collision causes Arthur to drop a bag full of magical potions; amid gathering up the scattered cans, one of them is accidentally switched with Masaharu's soda can. Upon drinking it, he transforms into a stuffed animal lamb at night. He must collect seven stardrops, in order to return to normal.
There are two primary worlds within the story of Nanatsuiro Drops: the human world called Retroscena, and a magical world called Figurare from which the Stellar Spinners originate. There are currently two schools that teach magic within Figurare: Pramu Clovis and Sentou Asparas. According to Natsume, each year the two schools pick their top Stellar Spinners (the one from Pramu Clovis is called Prima Pramu, and from Sentou Asparas is called Prima Asparas) to send to the human world to capture seven stardrops in a goodwill competition to improve relations.
I want to see it too. It's so cute! Appearantly, it was originally a visual novel that had a lot of adult content. After however, one of the people that produced the game named Noizi Ito(who is known for illustrating Shakugan no Shana and the Haruhi Suzumiya series) made it into a light novel that turned into a manga. After that, an anime was made.
I hope that sort of helped! I haven't seen it before, though, so I probably won't be able to tell you anything more than that. XD

I doubt the game's adult content really affected the manga/anime though .

Or maybe it is actually just in Japanese?

Nanatsuiro Drops doesn't have any adult contents in it..At, least not when I watched it... It's basically about a girl named Sumomo who catches 'stardrops' And BTW, the artist of Shakugan no Shana is the artist of Nanatsuiro Drops!!!

There's adult content in the game. Game Rating 18+ (PC) I was being dumb and I went on the official site for the light novel and lurked around and ran into a few hentai pictures. It was like (highlight for some weird words) visible nipples, nudity, etc.. Yeahhh, don't go onto the website o.o I AM NOT A PERVERT. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. D<
