This one's mostly at Josh's request, because I'm kind of aware that making a thread so late at night, for me, is probably a very bad idea. Nonetheless...here we are. A thread for listing those things we hate for no real reason. That just really get under our skin, just because. So...feel free to share.

Mine, personally...or, at least, the ones I can think of at the moment are:
- Any kind of gum. I have no problem with others chewing it, really, but I just can't stand it, myself, even if I think it tastes alright, something about it just....ugh..
- Paper that's been rolled into a tube. This one I've since gotten over, but it used to really bother me...
- The colour yellow, especially when it's very, very bright. Something about it just gets to me.

I can't stand it when someone other then myself is watching T.V, it just bug's me so much. I have no clue why.

At work, we have a pen that's always sitting right on the desk so customers can sign their receipts. This is normal, but there are some people that come up, pick up the pen, sign their receipt and then HAND THE PEN TO ME.
WHY?!
So then I'm juggling three different copies of a receipt, trying to open the cash register, or get change, and then I have to worry about taking the stupid pen. Put it back on the damn desk, people!

I hate people who come into my work and ask how much it is to wander round. There's a big sign written in pretty colours that says "FREE! Costs nothing but your time!" outside the freaking door!

I don't like reflective objects. Especially TVs
Freaks me out. I usually have to cover them up if I want the be in the same room.

I don't like windows open at night, nor do i like doors open at night where i can see through them. I feel like my mind is going to make me see something.

My pet peeve i would have to say is.....when I'm on the computer and guests come over and start saying "look up such and such on youtube" and "go on this website" I just feel like saying, "Sod off, I'm using it!"

I must admit, I agree with the windows one - I have an incredibly irrational fear of the zombie apocalypse, and ALWAYS make sure that all the windows and doors leading to the outside of the house are shut and locked before I go to bed.

I hate it when a serious AMV is ruined when they try to make the character lip-sync to the lyrics of the song. I mean, when it's done for comedy, it's fine, but there is no way to make that work when the mood is supposed to be serious.
Don't know if this fits under the term 'illogical' but whatever. It ticks me off.

Wow I can actually post a lot on this cause I have a lot of pet peeves.
I'm just gonna make an ongoing list so I don't stretch the page too much.
I hate...
Phone ringers, double knotted shoe laces, unorganized papers, uneven numbers, that skittles and mms are a mixture of colors, creases in pants, dress socks on men, chipped dishes, tinsel, garland, any liquid that only has a 1/4th of the bottle remaining in it, uneven pillows, a very strong amount of scents, body hair, stained socks, owning multiple brands of socks, wearing under clothing more than 10 times, dirty dishes laying around the house, loose strands of hair, stains, dust. I'm just gonna leave it at that. I'm OCD and a lot of things are pet peeves to me.
