In a world of magic, danger and evil, the diffrent races varying from vampires to fairies must try to survive as the oncoming army of the undead come to kill everything and everyone, ruled by vampires and demons turned bad.
Amongst all the un organized fighting and running Ghosts are going round marking the teenagers of society, and they become the marked. The marked must go to one of the boarding schools which train them to fight proparly and defeat the oncoming undead distruction. The boarding schools are called 'the house of night' for the marked attending there are only able to be seen at night time until they graduate. Most students develop an ability, maybe to control one of the five elements (Earth,air,water,fire and self) or to have communication with animals or to heal.
So Choose your role in the society of the marked, the undead or the lost and fighting and step into the chaotic world of Earth.

Um... sorry to say this, but this would be classified as a vampire RP, I guess, because that is kinda what it revolves around. Once it is open, it will be moved to Vampire RP's. Just wanted to warn yah.

((OK WE'RE STARTINg, EVERYONE ELSE FEEL FREE TO JOIN, INFACT IF YOU DONT YOU'RE DEAD))
Zoey redbird smiled at her reflection in the mirror and examined her face. Being marked was still a shock, afterall she had only just arrived, two days ago to be exact. Already she enjoyed her time, her roommate, Stevie Rae was the nicest person she'd ever met and stevie Rae's friends were really nice to. Zoey thought back to the last ritual the house of night had held, the full moon ritual where they worshipped Nyx and the elements and whatnot. zoey could of sworn that while they had summoned the elements to the ceremony she had felt them course inside of her.
Zoey scowled at the mirror zoey and she scowled right back. Wishful thinking, the mirror zoey ezplained for her. Sighing, zoey put on some makeup and pulled her hair back into a pony tale, streching the dragon mark that lay on her forehead. It's exotic red marking made her look entirely diffrent. She loved the fully graduated people's marks, they had stuff added to them, like swirls, knots and even pictures. It all rocked.

Bio: Was marked only 4 years ago. She was a kinder person back then, soft and nice, now she is colder and meaner since her mark. Stays to her most loyal friends, which will most likely have a big secret, not so popular at school but can hold her ground at anytime.

Aranna stood out on the porch of her father's house just watching the trees sway lightly in the fall breeze. School was going to start today and she loathed almost every second of her life there but it had it's reward.
Stretching out her long legs and arms she yawned widely and made some thing like a whimper, but of course she was in her human form these kind of habits just go along. Staring out in the distance a faint yellow bus appeared.
School.
Ugh.
She hestiated to stand, 'maybe I should just skip... Nah, A.J will be waiting.'
Moving at a slow speed, fast for others, as she got onto the bus with a light smirk and trailed to the back with her friend A.J. A.J a sleek 17 year old werewolf, like her, his hair almost emo like and his eyes a dashing blue, and his voice deep and smooth.
"A.J," she greeted him with her twisted smirk.
"Aranna," he greeted back.
The bus rolled forward the next house and A.J and Aranna spoke almost silent.

Stevie Rae came out of the shower room fully dressed, her blonde curls bouncing around her shoulders from the joy she always walked with. Zoey Automatically smiled at Stevie Rae, her happieness catching. "Ready Zoey?" She asked. "Yeah, as long as the hags from hell dont give me a lecture today." Zoey replied, referring to the leaders of the dark daughters.
The dark daughters were an offical group which every house of night had, they ran the school and held special rituals. However, zoey and her friend sknew how corrupt they were, the members consisted of the popular people, the pretty people and the extremely talented people. The leader was the headmistress in training. Zoey hated the leader with all her soul, afterall she was a horrible person and a b***h.

A.J snorted in disgust as he looked up at the openng of the bus.
"The daughters..." he hissed with unwelcomed tone.
Aranna also showed disgust, her lips curled slightly at those brats, "I ought to show them whoes boss."
A.J restrained Aranna from moving by holding her arm, "Their not worth it."
Aranna snarled as she laid back; she watched the chicks sit in the front as her eyes were souless and void.
"Aranna, the time will come. Just relaxe," he said trying to soothe her.
It was like trying to soothe a dragon, good luck with that.
But Aranna trusted AJ more then anyone in the world, and for that she stopped. Only her fists clenched tightly.

Zoey went down to the dining hall. Of course, outside it was pitch black as day was night here and night was day. Stevie Rae trotted beside her babbling and Zoey laughed as she drawled on about some finnnnne guys. Zoey sat at their usual table and ate count chocula cereal along with the other boarders. First period she had Vampire socioligy grade 1 along with Stevie Rae. Zoey looked around the hall for Tatiana Richards, a girl who had seemed nice and Zoey had liked.

abilities: sees visions of future disasters
personality: on the surface she is bitchy, mean and self-centered, but inside she is nice-ish, she just doesn't EVER show it.
Bio: aphrodite is the leader of the dark daughters and isnt nice. Her parents spoil her but they also push her and are just as horrible. she is the high priestess in training and wears the necklace to prove it.

Aphrodite shook her hair so it lay over her shoulders and looked around ehr private bedroom at the house of night. It had expensive furniture from ehr parents and she adored the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Smiling a menacing smile to her perfect reflection, Aphrodite looked in disgust at the invite to the dark daughters ritual that sat in her hand. Nerfert had told her to give it to the new fledgings zoey redbrid and Tatinana. rolling her eyes, aphrodite went into the food hall and saw Zoey immediatly, spotting her dragon tattoo. Smiling sweetly she said "Oh Zoey, We'd love it if you came to the dark daughters ritual tonight." and she handed Zoey the night and turned of her heels dramatically and went to find Tatinana.

Aj and Aranna made it to school without ripping some one's head off while doing it.
Once escaping the cloud of their perfume they started toward their first class. Aj and Aranna were never apart, except when Aranna wanted to be with her chick friends instead of him. But they never parted.
The House of Night wasn't all bad to Aj and Aranna but it had it's tweaks, they were werewolves and too many vampires lingered here which made her nose burn at times.
They walked through the hall side by side giving glances at anyone who passed, not threatening but not welcoming. Netrual.
Aranna sniffed out for some one like her to no avil. She would wait till some one else sniffed her out.
