They say that we are a danger. So they made the 'cure'. They say we should all be normal, so we hide.
We hide because we are scared of the guns and weapons of ignorance and hate. If only they knew we really aren't that different. We still breath and love and laugh and live. The only way we are different is our genes and maybe, that we have powers.

There is a school for our kind, hidden in the woods as a prep school.
But there was the battle. The battle where we lost friends, a teacher and some that we loved. Most of all we lost the Professer, Charles Xavier and Jean Grey, a beloved teacher.
Our school is now run by the one and only, Storm. But our numbers have dwindled most have gone to the 'cure'.
Few of us call our selves, The X-men. But what we have found is that the 'cure only lasts a short period of time. And another war is coming, the humans come at us with guns, filled with the so called antidote.

How will it turn out, will we die, or become humans. Or will our race of mutants rise above all.

What they Call me: Hawk

How many candles I've blown out: 20

The power that scares them: Having retractable wings and talons, being able to cause explosions with a glance, but it uses a lot of energy so he tends to avoid it, has perfect aim

Aches and Pains: Too much coldness, being shot

Teacher, Student, Resident, Outsider: Teacher

My story: He used to be an orphan until Xavier brought him in. He started out as a student, but then became a teacher himself. He owes it to Xavier and the school for giving him a new life.

How I act: Sarcastic, sometimes annoying, kind, strict

Love it!: Teaching, flying, heights

Hate it!: Being caged, being chained, losing his freedom

So many details: His eyes are a golden tinted olive and can see the slightest movements. He's actually pretty young for a teacher as well.

My story: She grew up with her mother and younger sister, Sydney, and she recieved her powers when she was 10. Her mother sent her to Xavier's when she found out. Kira became liked being at the school and occasionally visits her mother and sister from time to time, because Sydeny didn't like leaving their mother alone at home.

How I act: Sarcastic, hotheaded sometimes, kind to some people, playful

Love it!: Chocolate (Or anything that's made of sugar. Except food, like cake.), learning new powers, fighting

Hate it!: Humans, the antidote, being discriminated, having no control over her powers

So many details: Sydney can use telekinesis and telepathy. Jackie's favorite quote is "Deal with it."

The power that scares them: You know those tricks that magicians do? Zack can make all those tricks real. His weapons are power charged cards, that become razor sharp and explodable when thrown, and mini-dynamite type tokens. He also has the uncanny ability to dodge things thrown at him.

Aches and Pains: Being too trusting of someone

My story: He grew up as a normal kid and got his powers when he was 7. He hid it until he was 15 and lied to his parents that he was going to prep school, while he actually slipped away to Xavier's. He never really liked his parents anyways, since they were always so strict with him.

How I act: Witty, clever, kind to some, annoying to most

Love it!: Playing pranks, reading, using his powers

Hate it!: Mutant haters ("We never did nothing to you!!"), the antidote ("It's not a disease, damn it!"), Losing control of his powers

My story: He's lived at the school all his life. His parents abandoned him as a child.
How I act: Slightly animalistic but also refined and intelligent
