Memories
I remember the first time I saw you in the streets.
I remember when I laughed that time I fell and saw you
laughing with me.
I remember getting admitted to your school.
I remember sitting close to the window in class.
I remember seeing you laugh wholeheartedly.
I remember talking to you all day about the most random things.
I remember seeing you cry when your mom passed away.
I remember crying with you that day and the days after.
I remember telling you "I'll be here and I'm never going to leave you."
I remember you going off to college.
I remember the first place we went to when we started going out.
I remember walking on the beach and talking about the funniest things.
I remember giving you that gift that made you so incredibly happy.
I remember when you gave me your first kiss.
I remember that beautiful smile you showed me.
I remember when I asked you if you wanted to marry me.
I remember when you said, "YES!"
I remember our honeymoon.
I remember when it was your 21st birthday.
I remember holding you in my arms.
I remember. . .
I remember when you died in my arms.
I remember that empty feeling of being alone again.
I remember saying that day that we told each other, "I will always love you."
I remember and I will never forget the beautiful times we had

Have you ever just sat there & thought..
why?..
why did God put me here?
why do people hate?
why my life turned out this way?
why do people want to kill themselves?
why do i want to kill myself?
why my life is falling apart?
why do people love you & then hate you?
why you care so much about what other people think?
why did I turn out the way i did?
She smiles with all she has left
yet her tears are left undried,
though she has so much to say
she bottles it up inside.
If you look past her broken eyes
to a shadow no one sees,
a disguise so you won’t recognize
that girl is really me.
walking down the hall with her head held high, every hair is in place.
she sees a friend and waves. wearing a smile on her perfect face friendly, smart, beautiful. everyone adores this girl.. seemingly content head in a while and inside she's unhappy and she doesn’t know why she lays in bad at night and cries she doesn’t know what causes the tears how could this princess have insecurities and fears she has it all. a pretty smile, many friends, a great guy, the newest trends her family has money and she gets good grades. has her own car and ..her make up never fades. always looking happy every single day. but inside she's feeling a different way this wonder girl. she's everyone’s dream but things aren't always what they seem

I’m not in love; I just constantly think of him.
I’m not a cutter; I just have to slice my wrists.

I decided to post this set of poems, the better of the two that I placed in the Arena.
Through Klutzy Eyes
Every day I look at you in fascination, your jade eyes gleaming in the sun.
For all of those that have fought for my heart, you are the one who's won.
But though my heart says yes, my body still cannot decide.
Every chance I get to say “I love you” just slips right on by.
When I head toward you to say so, my body tends to trip,
Just like the banana peel incident last week that made me slip.
My heart says yes, but it’s my mind that struggles.
Every time I come up, it’s my body that tumbles.
I was ready, too, when I was going to ask you to the dance,
But my nervousness made me fall (I stepped on my pants).
I really wish I could approach you and scream, “Will you be mine?”
Now if my body would only respond right just that one time!

Through Shy Eyes
I watch you play around with that goofy smile of yours
Even if my friends don’t like it, for my heart it’s a lure.
With all your crazy antics making me laugh all day,
I really wonder what would be the words I should say.
Like the slip that occurred just last week,
I couldn’t say “Are you okay?” because I couldn’t speak.
Even with all your crazy tactics making me smile at times,
Like the incident with the banana, I want to see if you are fine.
Even if my friends laughed and thought you were a fool
I sort of thought it was funny, and kind of cool.
Now I know in my heart you are the one for me,
But I just get too nervous, so I hope you could ask me.

To my Lover and Also my Wolf
Can't sleep,
What is this deep inside I reap?
I strive for hours, through the early morning,
Just to keep this growling from forming!
Why do I hear the funeral's chorus behind me?
As I hold my head in my hands,
The aura grows, almost devilish urges telling me what to be.
But I know better, I know I mustn't sever the strands.
My heart is too big to carry alone,
Look how far it's stretched from home....
And the chance of never settling in it's reaches,
It chills me to the bone.
And so my box,
My lunatic, my plague,
They attempt to protect it from your pox,
But no, your comfort only draws it out.
I summon this aura to the surface,
You embrace it.
My deepest fears and desires,
We're strangely linked.
I slowly make myself more human,
You find it cute.
I will say this, no one but you will satisfy,
And I feel pathetic taking so long to come to it.
You'll drain me forevermore, but I will do the same.
My beautiful bane, rapist of my soul....
I love you, and I can't remove it.

love is gone as i am young
a simple good bye,
would of been nice,
but instead you lied.
you said i'll come right back,
while i waited for you to show,
but you never appeared.
you told me one day,
i can live and do anything i want,
i can see that was meant for you and not i.
just a child,
and you left me behind,
while your supposed to be the adult.
i grew up faster,
while you where gone,
as my childishness passed away.
no more tears can come from me,
because my eyes are all dried up,
from the lies you put upon me.
how can you call me your son,
if your never here,
to watch me grow?
to my mother,
how can you leave,
when i was a child?
to my father,
how can you lie,
and treat me as you did?
you both left,
only for me to take care,
of the little ones you left behind.
only being 10,
i became a mother,
for my brothers.
only being 10,
i became a father,
for my brothers.
if you came back i would never respect you,
but i would forgive you,
because i'm above you both.
as i grew up,
feeding my baby brother,
i became a father.
a father of which,
i put my heart into,
while your gone.
And i grew,
i grew up with the family i worked for,
while you both took off.
the love is gone,
and the hate grew,
but with out hate, my love would never be there.
i thank you for being gone,
because i grew,
into something you both have not matured into.
as i ponder a tear falls,
into something,
i never had.
bye mother,
bye father,
you both are out of my lives.

Just a Baby
Crawling on the ground,
Looking for something to do,
As a woman goddess came to you.
Glowing in the bright light,
As the giant picks you up,
To only give you a kiss and hold you hand.
Being protected from the darkness,
Wishing it would never end,
As it feels like it last forever.
But one day,
The goddess is gone,
As the hand seemed to disappeared from my hand.
And i cry,
Where are you?
As the darkness seems to grow.
Sitting alone,
Only missing you.
As i hear your voice,
I turn,
Only to see the lonely room get darker.
And i cried,
I cried for her return,
Only to shout out I'm so sorry.
I remembered how you held me,
But now all i feel is the cold breeze,
From the loneliness.
As i got older i realized,
You did not wanna waist your time on me.
That you can just leave me and never return,
While you said i was your baby.
I'm sorry,
I'm sorry mother that I'm not worth your time,
And that your with another family.
Sometimes i wish my wishes can come true....
