I live in Houston. Rain or cool weather or even anything vaguely resembling pleasant weather is fairly rare down here. A few days ago I was woken up by a storm, and felt compelled to thank God for it. Once that was done, I was able to go back to sleep.
So my question to you is, have you ever seen or heard anything randomly that made you want to thank Him, on the spot? If so, what?

I had a good friend who was pregnat. I didn't know that she went into labor until 4 days after the event but during labor the baby stopped breathing but they connected him to tubes fast enough that he could breate again. But when I heard all of that I praise God right away.

i had a dream the other night that my mom had went for a drive got into a big car crashed and died and then my dad had just fanished so i was just really sad and upset n cring then i woke u at 4:44a.m. and all i could do was ta thank god for allowing for me ta have great parents.and thanking him over and over that we are not all alone in this world.

I belive that u r totally correct on that. U should always thank God no matter what happens. I am soooo sorry that u lost ur mom though.

ChristianAlly I belive that u r totally correct on that. U should always thank God no matter what happens. I am soooo sorry that u lost ur mom though. no it was just an awful dream that i had lost her.n i thanked God that i didnt and i still have my parents that not all people have

one time i was on a flight bak home and der was a thunder storm we wer headed into cuz da only way 2 get 2 da airport was 2 fly clos 2 or around da storm! (i honestly dont know wat da pilots did cuz i culdnt c wer we wer going it was 2 dark! XD) anywayz...der was lots of turbulanc and evry1 was freaking out dat da pilots wuld loos control of da plane and dat we wuld all crash or hav 2 jump off da plane wit parachutes...but den i just felt da urg 2 pray so dats wat i did. i said da guardian angel prayer adn i said da nicene creed ovr and ovr again in my head...about 5 times, and den da plane was flying smoothly again and we wer al safe and sound...i hav a feeling God workd His magic (not magic...idk how 2 describ it....)through dat time...i had a feeling of relief and comfort whil praying onboard da flight...and i felt peace insid...so i felt that God was talking 2 me 2 tel me dat He wuld help me and dat evryting wuld b alrigth...

just last night I had a dream about a good friend of mine who graduated high school at the same time that I did. But in my dream we were hanging out and then the next thing I know he is dead. He apperently got into a car crash and died. I was devistated and so then a few days later I ended up killing myself. I then woke up and found out that it was all just a dream. Thanks God.
