-- It was the year 3010, A decade ago a furious alien race descended upon planet earth. For so long extra terrestrial life had been denied, so the world was horribly unprepared. It took those ten years for the Aliens to dominate the human race, leaving most animal species alone. Many were killed, but some were corralled for feeding, experimental, and even more unknown purposes. However..though out the planet pockets of humans have managed to stay hidden and generally safe. Some plot rebellion against the race they've named the Morbus, while some seek only to survive with being killed or enslaved. The planet earth has only one hope, and that is with the unseen human rebels waiting to arise...

Character's should all have bio's similar to this, you can come from anywhere. Some weapons are laser related but don't go to crazy please. Remember to PM the bios to me first, then upon approval I will post the profiles myself. Pictures would be appreciated.

PS.

Make sure you type in third person and abide by the level rules. I need AT LEAST semi literate rp'ers.

Name: Kuroi Gokurachou
Age: Unknown, but upon a personal physical inspection appears to be around 20.
Height: 5'8
Weight: 124 lbs
Appearance: (The one wearing the sunglasses, eyes are soft jade green)
User Image

Background : Presently Unknown. It appears she was experimented on with several others and in the process lost her memory. She retained a skill with guns, and of course all the essential abilities.

( The facility Kuroi awoke at was a military experimental facility run by the Japanese and American goverments within a coastal Japanese city. A few other people can also use that in their bios as well. )

----

"Unh...uhf.." A girl mumbled, but there was a long hose attached to her mouth by way of a small plastic muzzle. Her eyes opened only to be greeted by strange white rubbery coverings. Her skin felt wet, almost slimy..she guessed she was nude, and floating in some vat of goo. But why..she didn't know. She furiously rocked herself forward, striving to reach whatever force field enclosed her. Her knees collided with cold, dense glass..cracked ever so slightly. Again and again she used her hips to thrust her knees into the glass, at one point she tried to kick but her feet seemed to be tied down by the same rubbery cording binding her wrists. Finally, after what seemed like hours the bound and gagged young woman busted a wide fragment of the glass free. "Hmfph!!!!" She cried out for joy, and before the liquid could drain completely, she forced her knees forward even more rapidly to dislodge the rest of the glass!

Moments later , the girl fell forward onto the ground, landing on pieces of glass and debri. She managed to use a piece of shrapnel or the like to cut the binds on her wrists, she pried off the binding on her ankles and then her face. When she glanced down, she saw the medical bracelet on her arm that read only this.." Kuroi Gokurachou"...

Name: Korai Sudein (A new character! Amazing!)

Age: 24

Height: 6', 4"

Weight: 92 lbs

Appearance: He is extremely tall, but looks much different than the average
human. He was experimented on in a Morbus facility, and gained abnormal
features. His hands are extremely bony, with absolutely no visible muscle on them. As his skin reaches his wrist, it stays, and all the way up to his shoulder, there is only skin and bone. His stomach is rigid, though it does seem to have at least something more than the rest of his body. On his chest, the skin looks normal. His face is gaunt, as though he hasn't eaten in years, and his dark eyes are severely sunken. Despite this, he is considerably powerful. His arm strength is that of a normal human, but his legs are powerful enough to shatter stone. Veins run down his legs, stopping at his foot, though he wears jeans to cover the sinew.

His hair is blue, due to the experiments, and his eyes constantly dart around. He seems to have the ability to hear and see more clearly than most humans, and he seems paranoid most of the time. Nonetheless, if it is possible to tell when he is merely spouting random strings of predictions, and when he actually knows what he is talking about, it would be wise to listen to the latter. He is absent-minded, but there seems to be more to him than meets the eye. He is hunted constantly by the Morbus for killing three of them during his escape, but has evaded pursuit for ten years now, and seems to have almost forgotten that his enemies even exist.

Background: He has a skill with any type of blade, and carries around some sort of sword at all times. He escaped from a Morbus facility at the age of fourteen, and has evaded capture without any trouble since then. He is dark-natured, but helpful to his allies. Yet, despite his paranoia, his eccentricity, and his overall appearance, those that are around him for long enough know that there is always some sort of truth to everything that he says.

((Perhaps it would be potent to tell us what the Morbus look like?))

Korai's shoulder-length blue hair billowed as he flew through the air with his leg outstretched. He was awarded with a resounding crack as a Morbus sentry's back snapped under thr force. He was an odd sight as he ran down the hall. He looked as though he had survived a famine, yet his legs seemed perfectly normal. His blue hair flapped wildly as he tore down the halls at an almost unnatural rate.

Another Morbus blocked his path, and held a gun, a rifle. He fired it once, and Korai reacted as quickly as he could. He jumped against the wall, and vaulted off toward his enemy. The lazer zipped past him as his fist cracked into the alien's face. The bony form of his hand made it painful, and he recieved no damage, but the Morbus was knocked out. He left the body and continued on.

He came across a set of the gruesome creatures blocking his path, and a thin smile appeared on his lips.

"Tell your friend that I said hi," he said maliciously before he rushed forward, jumped up, and shattered both their skulls with his knees. He didn't even hit the ground; he jumped off the corpses as they fell, hit the wall, jumped off, and hit the ground without a sound.

Then, he saw the exit. Then a door slowly started to lower to block the opening. He didn't panic, but kept running. When he was about ten meters from the door, he dove with all his strength, and slid under the door just before it finished closing.

He had no idea where he was, but he knew he had to run, and so he did. He ran as far as he could, until the facility he had been trapped at for all his life was less than a speck in the distance. He was in a mild plain, and he heard a stream nearby. He ran toward the sound, and found it about two miles away from where he was. He didn't question how he had heard such a small stream from so far away; he had been raised in that facility without any other human contact. He figured his species was like that.

He drank deeply, then looked around, trying to figure out where to go...

Name: Dearka Saran
Age: 28
Height: 5'7
Weight: 240 lbs.
Appearance and Bio: Dearka was one of the experiments that had survived and escaped the facility. His body was tested with radioactive material and inhuman technology that kept him alive in the process. During this time, his right arm abnormally gained large muscle mass compared to the rest of his body. Because all the body targeted the right arm to enlarge, his other bodies did not gain muscle since the last two years. His left arm, however, weakened and was almost useless. This resulted in amputation and was replaced by a fully funtional robotic arm. The arm was nuclear powered and it was almost as large as the other. The terrestrial species observed that it would be hard for his body to maneuver with such a large arm. They decided to increase his body mass. During the process, a malfunction occured and caused his ribcages to fracture. They were replaced with metallic ones and so was his skin. The metallic parts were left visible. Every metallic part had small, yet durable wires that conected to his brain. Due to some of operations to his brain, they managed to damage one of his eyes (right). This was replaced not by a metallic one but another of similar molecular structure as a human. The eye was colored red and so was the other for some reason. His black hair was cut short for safety purposes when it had involved brain surgery. After a few years later, the aliens injected his body a dose that would strengthen his body to support the replacements. Replacements created were very heavy, yet effective. The experiment was successful. To determine any faults in his body structure, they placed him in a tube where he would be examined before he could completely become a tool. Before the analysis was complete, Dearka managed to wake up after a few years and broke loose. His memory was not completely erased. Sometimes he gained flashback only because of familiar objects or people. After the escape, he managed to snatched a few weapons. It was a supressed tactical rifle that fred ionic beams that only peirced through non-reinforced metal or any other terrestrial material. After, he just wanted to find a safe place or at least.....some revenge.

Name: Sergeant Kain, (Unit 13 Soldier 21)
Age: 30
Height: 6'5
Weight: 18st
Bio/appearance:

Kain was the 1st Sergeant of unit 13: the human attempt at engineering a human army who could win against the hordes of aliens. Unfortunately, the completed troops -20,000 men- were almost all destroyed in aerial bombardments on the conspicuous facilities. During the raids, a few of the superhuman "Mods" escaped unarmed and unharmed. Kain led the few survivors, who lived in the wildernesses between towns, killing the Morbus only when they needed to while trying to gather enough soldiers to retake critical supply points for the morbus. The men had been enhanced so their frames bulged with muscles over reinforced bones. Naturally bald, their pitchblack eyes stood out more than ever: equipped for for night use. Kain had volunteered to try for a metabolism upgrade, the most painful of all procedures. His reflexes were now twice as fast, and his agility second to none. Healing factors meant that wounds would heal somewhat faster than other humans. By no means was he invulnerable, but the bioengineers had done their best.

Kain was now a lone agent, leaving a small garrisson in some disused tunnels to find more surviors. His top half was smeared with dirt, stained the colour of the terrain. He wore heavy boots, and combat-style trousers, sewn from what materials could be scavenged. A foot-long knife was always strapped to his thigh: the only army issue equipment he still had apart from the boots.
___________________________________________

Dashing through the sparse undergrowth, Kain dodged between some of the new weird alien plants and a thicket of goarse, stalking the three-man patrol. The small outcrop loomed...

...He had practiced the jump without a patrol: they would stop, and he could land among them: too close for the rifles they carried. Then the fun would begin...

The hefty boots carried him up the rock: one, two, three steps, the fouth as takeoff and he threw his massive frame into the air bringing his legs up underneath him. The three figures looked up at the human beast two vertical metres above them. Kain's manic grin bored throught years of training, and the three did not raise their weapons, they did not draw their equivalent of the knife Kain slipped from the thigh scabbard as he flew, and did not move as Kain's feet went through the first morbus soldier. He made the landing count, and swung the knife at full arm's length. The creatures had started to realise what was going to happen, but as the notched blade snagged on bones and tendons, Kain's fist had started the inevitable journey towards the horrified patrol leader.

A few seconds later he had finished piling the bodies by the rock, paid his respects to them; they were still just squaddies like he was, and was sprinting back into the scrub clutching three guns, and a new comms-set.

((Wait? We need to PM them? Was that there originally when I joined? Do I need to do that now that I've already started? I'm confused. Also, how much did my posts suck back when I posted that?))

Korai Sudein-- that was the name on a small, silvery bracelet set around his wrist. He didn't like it. He was smart, and he loved it. He had tricked the Morbus into overdosing his chemicals on more than one occasions, risking death. Nevertheless, he had gained unreal strength in all his limbs, at least proportionally to their size. His legs had the destructive power of explosives, and he would soon find out that they were good for more than jumping high. His muscle-devoid arms had the strength of any standard hard-working Human, though he didn't know that back at the stream.

It was ten years after that, now. Korai had made a name for himself, and he didn't deny his brooding title. He had also torn the metal bracelet off, depicting a new name for himself. He still called himself Korai, but he had no last name anymore. To the rest of the world, withstanding the Morbus, he was Korai the Malevolent, and he held his epithet in high regard, never acting differently. He had no idea what his name meant, though he knew what Malevolent meant, or what nationality it came from. He had made a reputation as one not to be trusted, and so he had been hard-pressed to find anyone who could even teach him to speak English.

Nevertheless, he spoke fluent English now, and he rarely perceived the Morbus as a true threat anymore. He was Superhuman-- there was no doubt about that. He had found that a quick jab to the temple could bring any Human enemy down, and that a kick brought most unarmored Morbus to their knees, if it didn't kill them instantly or knock them out. The armored ones were in worse shape, as the shattered remains of their metallic armor usually tore through their skin and organs, putting them in more danger around him.

Right now, he was watching a very large Human-like being slaughter a Morbus patrol with fair skill. Korai had no doubt that he could kill the person, who went by the name of Sergeant Kain, though his overconfidence had often put him in danger before. He intended to stalk this person for a few more hours, and then make his presence known. His pale skin would be easily distinguished from the ground around him, but he stuck to the darkness, making sure that his form was only silhouetted in the shrubbery that surrounded him.

He saw that Kain had acquired new weaponry, and that he needed to make his appearance soon, or risk being noticed and shot. Nevertheless, he stayed hidden for the time being.
