Contessa / Chevalier / Linnie / Telnara
Contessa nipped at Chev's hair dotting on her only boy but wishing to do this with a daughter.
Chev loved the grooming almost too much almost acting like a purring kitten.
Adela peeked around a tree at her brother and mother, smiling a little, loving her vother to peices. Her mother she loved too though she often wonderd why she had been looked after by another. But she would never ask. Nuzzleing against the tree, not cairing that her hair was getting muzzed, she was a little bit of a tomboy in that regard.
Contessa was about to start putting more feathers into chevs hair till she caught site of Adela,
Chev noticed his mother stopped then looked where she was looking and saw his sister. " BABY SIS! wow, nice hair!"
Adela smiles at her bother and tosses her long mane, the one thing she was glad to have from her father, though she wished she had her mothers looks otherwise. "Want some big brother?" Walking over to the mboth and offering an affectionate nuzzle with her nose.
Contessa really happy and crying a bit starts cleaning her behind the ears.
Chev's face went blank then took a silly look," and have the fish attack me more!? Plus the feathers look good on short hair.
Cringing as her mother does that but not stopping her, having been told that mothers were mothers no matter how big you got. "Maybe, having neither shot hair nor feathers I'll never know." Smiling at her brother happy to see him.
Contessa nuzzles her daughter
Chev," so ya gone on a big hike yet?"
Adela shakes her head nuzzleing her mother softly. "Not yet, but I'm really wanting to take a hiike over the mountains, though I think that best left for after winter."
Contessa speaks, "yeah, the wind will chill ya good, I know."
Chev was a bit shocked hearing his mom talk about mountains like she went there.
Grinning at her brother. "Maybe its an inherated trait." Giving them both another nuzzle, smiling happily, but then she was generally a cheerful person.
Contessa "mama can show you a good path to take! afterall I don't want you to fall in a ditch like I did," her ankle hurt just thinking about it.
Chev,: has my little sis found herself a guy friend?"
Adela looks smiles at her momma. "That would be great Momma, I'd love it if you could come with us part of the way." nuzzleing her momma before looking over at her brother and tilting her head. "Yes, I have 2 friends that are guys." Not really having a clue what he meant by guy friend as she hadn't been around her sisters much if at all.
Contessa," anytime!"
Chev gave his stupid look, " what are these guys like?"
Adela was still looking at her brother. "Well one is a foal, but he is my friend anyway. He is sweet and full of questions. The other is grown like me and he makes me laugh, we play around and have fun." Smiling at him. "Why big brother, is there someone I should not talk to?" Looking from him to their mother confused. "Momma?"
Contessa," i'd love to come with you, mother daughter time!"
Chev," just that big brother wants a girlfriend!"
Adela smiles at her momma. "Yes that would be nice." Looking at Chev not sure what her having friends that were guys had to do with him having a girlfriend. She wasn't as silly or nieve as she was playing but it was fun to ask. "I dont get what me knowing two guys has to do with you having a girlfriend." That part genuinely confusing her.
Chev was about to play tackle adela when Contessa got in way," I think we should go someplace different, where would adela like to go?"
Adela raised an eyebrow at her brother and smirks as he had been thwarted by their mother. She changes her eyes to her mother and smiles a genuine smile. I like the thickets by the river, its a little colder than the woods but the river sounds so happy and cheerful." The white spot on her nose going pink as she blushes, that probably sounding silly.
Contessa,"that sounds lovely! Chev should lead the way!"
Chev being thwarted again, "yes mom." note make sure to splash sis.
Adela falls into step beside her mother, following Chev to the river, nuzzleing against her mothers side. "I wonder if you will get all boys the next time you and father decide to have children." Looking at her mother, feeling a little sorry for Chev.
Contessa, "yeah Chev and soup would like that, but I'm happy as is!."
Chev sulking trotted on,
Adela smiles and nuzzles her mother, trotting up to join Chev. "Whats wrong?" Nuzzleing him softly not wanting him to be upset.
chev" well if weird being only boy and only one living with mom, ho do you feel living away from mom?"
Contessa overheard and thought they both needed to talk this out.
