A man was arrested for making coffee in the nude.
The problem was he was in front of an open doorway, where a woman and child saw him.

Sure it was his house, but before we go prancing around naked - how about closing the doors and blinds? Why is that so hard to ask?
Actually, our local news said he MAY face up to 1 year in jail...I feel sorry for him, but some people have to learn common sense the hard way.

Well I don't know the exact circumstances, but I can understand if it was under certain conditions. Like he purposely opened curtains before doing it so ANY passerby would see him. Or if it only faced one house then if he had a history of doing things to the neighbor and did this to get a rise or some gratification from them seeing him.

This just reminds me of the eBay guy who was selling a coffee pot and took a picture holding it up and his near naked reflection getting into the shot. Course I don't recall if that one was a faked Urban Legend or anything been too long since I seen the photo.

When did bodies become so offensive?

Unless he intentionally exposed himself in an obviously sexual way, then I honestly don't understand why this is justified at all.
It's the strangest taboo, I think. It can't be healthy to demonize simple nudity.

I don't think he should be punished, in any way.

On one hand, I come from a law enforcing family and so see it as if he did the crime he has to do the time.

On the other hand, it was his own house. He just should have kept that door closed or at least wore underwear. I don't think things would be as bad for him if he had something keeping things from view.
