Hi...I'm a level 16 warrior and I've been wondering. I've seen around people talking about 2nd 3rd and 4th job advancements. How does that work. What levels do you have to be to make these advancements. Where can I make them. What are they. Thank you.

For warriors
1st job - lvl 10: you made that already
2nd job - lvl 30: you can become fighter, page, or spearman
3rd job - lvl 70: Fighter to Crusader, Page to White Knight, Spearman to dragon knight
4th job - lvl 120: crusader to hero, white knight to paladin, dragon knight to dark knight
I believe spearman are the best out of the three, they attack slowly but have greats skills like hyper body a skill nobody else has that boosts your max hp and mp depending on its lvl

You can make the job advances from your Job Instructor, Usually you are required to "prove" yourself worthy to make the job advances.
You can often find guides on Mapletip, Hiddenstreet and other websites (:
Job advances allows you to open a new page to your skill window, thus new skills.

explorers 1st lvl 10
2nd lvl 30
3rd lvl 50?
4th lvl 70?
5th lvl 120

Alright, coming from a lv. 147 Bishop and 120 Blaze Wizard, Every class follows the same job advancement level wise, except with explorer magician's 1st job at lv. 8, every other job begins at lv. 10(excluding beginner classes of course.), than second job at Lv. 30, following 3rd at lv. 70, and ending with 4th at lv. 120(Get a cygnus up to 120 and beat the black witch boss quest, and on your skill book you'll notice a 4th job tab, no skills there of course, So I count cygnus as having a 4th job, although they max out at 120.)

Magician (Explorer) - Level 8
Aran - Level 10
2nd Job
Cygnus - Level 30
Explorer - Level 30
Aran - Level 30

Cygnus - Level 70

Cygnus - You get a fourth job skill at level 100 and 110
Explorer - Level 120
Aran - Level 120
