Rules
1). You are only allowed ownership of one clan.
2). You can only have 3 members in the Academy at a time.
3). You are allowed one clan NPC for training/mission purposes only.
4). Approved clans are in ownership of the guild if a member leaves or is banned.
5). You can create a Clan Location (House/Grounds) if you have 3 or more RPCs (including yourself).
6). Clans are subject to change due to system changes.

Formula
(Note) If you do not understand the formula, please state so when you submit your Clan. The crew is here to help you with this due to the fact that it is very complex.
Skills: Balance of positive and negative.
Bonuses Allowed: +/- Character Level for Skills, +/- 1 per 5 Levels for Ability
Special Clan Abilities: Must have requirements and/or stages. Balanced following the guidelines of jutsu formula.
