someone help meh D: i want to buy a shirt, but it only comes in japanese larges. im an xs-s in american sizes Dx is it gonna remotley look strange? or can you definately tell? so is it like jap. large= american med?

I'd google a size chart if I were you. Then measure yourself in cm. Or better yet, find a size chart where you're ordering from to assure that you're getting the correct size.

Sizes change depending on the manufacture just in the United States. Check and contact the website or supplier so that you get an accurate size and have an accurate size chart.
I would hate for you to get something that doesn't fit! xp Good luck!
