Persy had taken the kittens to the park for some fresh air. They had spent a lot of time in the house but they were now old enough to be able to leave the house. Nyx was helping Persy, leaving the university for a short while to help her mother with babysitting. Finally they reached the park. Phosphor was literally jumping along infront of his mother and big sisters with excitement. It was one of the first times they had been out of the house and he was almost sick from excitement. Athena had descided to stay home with Kieran to read but Hemera was walked along beside Nyx, holding her hand. It was strange that the two were sisters. They looked like polar opposites, the sun and the moon but they got on well. Hemera was well spoken and didn't speak a lot and Nyx was quite content in teaching one of her younger sisters things.
The entered the park and Persy had to shout at Phosphor to not run off and attempt to kill himself on some thing or another as Nyx and Hemera ran after him towards the swing sets. Persy sat down on a bench, watching her children play.

The dark male sat up in the high branches of one of the trees in the park. He had finally slipped away from East and the Anbu encampment on the complete opposing side of Ikebokuro and had seen much of it on his way here. His dark eyes had spotted the little family show up at the park. His paws at one of the knives at his side before slipping it back to safety out of sight, and where anyone would find it on him even if they looked. He slunk down the tree carefully, his eyes still trained on the small group ahead. He'd never seen a family outside of the odd dysfunctional one he had back in East. The Anbu where his family, with Valiant and Joshua having raised him, but his real father was the leader and he dreamed of taking over one day.
At least Jijiro dropped out of the bottom of the tree and onto the grass below, tilting his head and he headed after the small family, eying each one of them taking in the dynamics, Persy being the mother, the taller paler was possibly and older sibling and the two very different kittens following as well, a more recent litter by the looks younger than him, but not by too much. He stepped forward quietly, not saying anything, but still stood in the open, almost hoping to get noticed. He wondered what others were like outside of East.

Nyx smiled as she let go of Hemeras hand as she ran over to the swing set. Nyx followed her happily, her long pink hair trailing behind her as she ran after the small black kitten. Nyx couldn't help but love playing with the little kittens. Hemera seemed to almost idolise her in some way, wanting to spend all of her time in Nyx's presence. It was going to be difficult then, Nyx knew, when she left in a few days to go to the university. Hemera was going to miss her greatly and Nyx knew she would miss her little sister quite a lot aswell. Nyx pushed her little sister on the swing, humming softly.
Phosphor, on the other hand, had headed towards the area nearer to the trees, loving the feeling of being able to run around a be free. He perked his ears up, feeling the presence of another cat. He looked around, his tail swishing eagarly at the thought of meeting a new cat. He hadn't yet met a cat who he didn't get on with. Of course, being a young kitten, this was because he hadn't met any cats. But Phosphor was young and naive and wanted to meet the new cat. "Hello?!" he shouted, spotting a gray kitten, maybe a little older than him, over by a tree. He started to walk over, smiling brightly.

Jijiro bristled slightly as he was noticed and called out to. He dark eye narrowed slightly, but only for the reason on inspecting the approaching kitten. He cracked a half-smile that was more similar to his father's smirk he often gave. Though Jiji had only seen his true father on a few occasions, he still did not know him at all, not beyond what he was told about his father. His feathery tail raised in the air and the tip flickering slighting in excitement, finally another kitten besides his annoying sister, and another boy at that.
"Hello there!" he called out stepping forward gracefully, it wasn't an intention gesture to move as though he were trying to make an impression, it was just the way he walked, something he had inherited from his b*****d of a father. The Anbu symbol stuck out on his hip in the markings of his fur, something that he was proud of and saw as a sign that he would take over the Anbu, he was meant to be one and it was his duty to be the best he could be. He bowed his head to the approaching kitten, sweeping his tail about languidly with interest on his face.

Phosphor watched the cat, not through nervousness but through curiousity instead. He hadn't met anyone other then her family and one or two of his parents friends and he definatly hadn't met any other kittens similar to him in age. It made him curious and happy to actually be meeting one. His tail flicked from side to side curiously, watching the other cat as he stepped forward, almost in a florish.
Phosphor bowed his head back, not very sure if that was the way he was supposed to greet the other cat. All the same he didn't want to be rude so followed suit. "Nice to meet you. My name's Phosphor. What's yours?" he asked, his face in a broad smile. Phosphor was already known for being friendly and charming to everyone, traits he had picked up from both his mother and his father.

The dark kitten seemed almost as though the complete opposite of the other before him, his own dark, piercing eyes looking over the other quickly, making an assessment in his mind. "Jijiro." he said quite simple picking up a paw and licking it slightly and setting it back down. "I noticed that you're not alone here. Are they your family?" he asked tilting his head. They looked like a fairly happy little bunch. Much unlike his own family.
He'd so far grown up knowing that the ones taking care of him weren't his biological parents. His mother had given him and his sister up, his father was a lecherous, pervert...and yet he loved Valiant and Josh almost like they were his real parents. Though the small family was about as dysfunctional as a family could get, it seemed to suit quite well, no matter how much he often tried to convince himself different.

Phosphor grinned brightly. "Nice ta meet you Jijiro!" he said with a big grin. He was so excited to meet another kitten his age whom he could play with, even if this kitten seemed very forward and rather aloof. He still like him anyway. Phosphor didn't have high standards for people he liked. He grinned again toothily. "Oh yeah they're my family. Thats my mom and my big sister and my other sister!" he said with a smile. He was very close to his family and was always happy to talk about them. "I guess we don't really look all that alike do we?" he said with a small laugh.
It was true though. Phosphor looked much more like his father than his mother, same colouration, similar eyes. Nyx had the same grace and presence as her mother and the charm of her father but she looked nothing like either of them. And then there was Hemera who had the same eyes as her mother but was very obviously not her fathers child and didn't look related to the others at all. In otherwards, a very odd bunch.

"Hmm, well they look like a nice bunch. But no, you really don't look very much alike, I have to admit." he chuckled slightly. "But the pleasure is all mine Phosphor." he smiled silkily, drifting his tail just over the tops of the cut grass. the grass made his paws itch slightly, but he ignored the mild irritation. His eyes drifted over the family in the distance from one to the next. He lingered for a moment on the eldest sibling and tilted his head slightly at her. Something about her intrigued him, but he would figure it out at a later time.
"Would you mind introducing me? I prefer not to seem rude and approach on my own." he asked smiling again at Phosphor. Indeed the little dark cat had inherited his father's charisma and he knew very well how to implement it as needed though he refused to abuse such an ability as his own father did. He lifted his tail and flickered the tip, showing his interest and even a touch of playfulness. He rarely had the chance to play properly as he, even at his young age, had started to train to be come one of the assassins of the Anbu. Playing was a rare privilege that he allowed himself.

Phosphos smiled brightly. "Well my twin sister and I look very like our father but Hemera and Nyx don't look like anyone. But family is family right?" he said with a broad grin. The fluffly cat flicked his tail playfully as he spoke to the other, turining around and looking over at his family. Looking off in the distance they did seem like a very odd bunch of cats but none the less a very happy family. He looked back to Jijiro with a smiled. "Sure. I'll bring you over right now and introduce you!" he said with a smile. He padded over calling "Nyx!!!" as he walked.
The pink haired cat turned around, her hair flicking slightly in the wind as she did. She spotted Phosphor and grinned widely, waving her hand that wasn't holding Hemeras. "Hey Phos!" she said with a bright smile before spotting the kitten behind him. She looked wary as he approached but then relaxed, trusting Phosphors judgement. She smiled softly. "Who's this then Phos? A friend of yours?" she said with a warm smile towards the kitten. Hemera waved softly but said nothing.

Jiji blinked as Phosphor called to his elder sister. Nyx, like the Goddess of the dark moon Nyx? His own name twinged the back of his mind, but it could just as well been his imagination that there was any sort of pattern at all.
A smooth smile crossed Jiji's face as he stepped forward and made a graceful bow. "My name is Jijiro." he said smoothly looking up at Nyx and smiling at Herema. Both girls were very pretty, but something about Nyx caught Jiji's attention quite a bit that made his wonder. "I would call us more acquaintances as we've only just met each other, though I do hope to find friends outside of my home territory." he said sitting back on his haunches delicately and sweeping his tail over the grass again, his dark eyes looking over both of the girls carefully.

Nyx smiled at Jijiro, brushing a piece of hair out of her eyes as she did so. "Pleased to meet you Jjiro. My name is Nyx, if you didn't already gather that from my brothers yelling." she said with a smile and then gestured to the little kitten beside her. "This is Hemera. She was born in the same litter as Phosphor." she explained brightly. She thought that it would be worth explaining as the two looked nothing alike.
Nyx smiled. "Well this is Phosphor and Hemeras first time outside the territory so I guess they're in the same boat as you Jijiro. I, on the other hand, am moving into a new territory soon, thats why I've been asked to bring these two out for the day. Our mother has gone hunting for us now." she said with a bright smile. There was something odd about the kitten but she liked him.
Phosphor grinned at Nyx. "Being outside of the mansion is great! I mean I've already met a new cat and it's been about 30 minutes! It's so much fun!" he exclaimed.

"The pleasure is mine Nyx, Hemera. You can just call my Jiji, it's easier if you ask me." he said with a smile, it was strange that Hemera was so different from the other, even with the glimpse of their mother Hemera had to have been fathered by another male, but it was far from his place to say another about it. He was nearly a b*****d child of sorts himself, his biological father and mother playing little to no part in his raising thus far.
"What territory are you moving to?" he asked tilting his head and perking forward his rounded ears in interest. Jiji was still new to hunting but he had shown good promise in becoming a fairly skilled hunter as he got older and steadier on his feet.
He turned to Phosphor and putting an paw on his head pushing him down playfully and batting at his tail. "And it'll take even less time for me to beat you up." he growled playfully.

Nyx nodded with a smile "I will do that then Jiji." she said with a smile. She looked down at Hemera and squeezed her hand. "Come on Hem say hello to the nice kitten." she said with a smile. Hemera shook her head and ran around Nyx's legs, peeking out the side to look and him. An almost inaudable hello came from her lips and Nyx laughed. "Sorry Jiji she's the shy one in our family I'm afraid." she said with a grin.
Nyx smiled, moving a piece of her pink hair from infront of her eyes as she spoke. "I'm moving to the University. I succeeded in an audition there a few days ago so I have to move in within a week. For now I'm living at the Nyanman mansion though" she said with a bright smile.
Phosphor grinned, growling playfully as Jiji pushed him. "I could totally take you! I have to deal with my sisters all the time. If I can deal with them then I can deal with you." he said with a laugh, crouching down in a pouncing position.

Winking at Nyx and Hemera, Jiji lifted himself onto his back legs, using his tail as added support to keep him from tipping backwards. "Come on and get me Phosphor. See what you can do against the future leader on the Anbu!" he mewled at the other, shifting his legs slightly to set himself steady.
While still read to take on Phosphor he kept the conversation. "The University, I passed by there on the way here. It's really close to where I live. I live with the Anbu, my father is Youko, he's the leader. One day I'm going to take his place and run everything." he grinned to himself, the tip of his tail pounding the grass.
His dark eyes fixed on the other kitten Jiji bit down on his tongue, wriggling his back end slightly he pounced into the air and over Phosphor, twisting his body around, landing on his front paws, facing Phosphor from behind grinned to himself, secretly impressed that he had pulled off the move just as he had pictured it in his mind.

Phosphor grinned, his tail swishing from side to side in anticipation. He still hadn't mastered standing up on his back legs and he certianly wasn't going to show Jiji how much he hadn't mastered it so he just crouched down into a pouncing position. "I can take you easily!" he said with a large grin, sticking his tongue out at Jijiro as he spoke. If Phosphor was anything he was certianly cocky.
Nyx rolled her eyes slightly as she watched her little brother. She never really got pouncing games, when she was little she had been far to sick to ever play them. She smiled at Jiji all the same. "Oh really? My brother Ishtar lives in Anbu I believe. I've never gotten to go there though. My mother says its far to dangerous. I've heard my father and aunt speak of a cat named Youko before too actually. Probably your father. " she said with a smile, trying to be friendly to the kitten. In such a dangerous place as Anbu she could hardly see how such a little kitten like him could run everything.
Phosphor watched Jiji jump with him mouth hanging open turning as he did so so that they were then facing each other again when he landed. The first rule his mother had taught him was to never turn your back on an enemy, ever. He then grinned and playfully pounced at Jiji when he was still grounding himself.
