One of my Past ones - Going to Victioria City up in Canada for the Victoria Day parade. It was so fun, I also watched Star WArs 3 up there as well.
Future - Our BD said that we might go to florida my Senior year (I'm a Junior now) and march in Disneyworld. I'm so excited ^_^ biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin

kehehe. we're going to disney world in march! ^^
19 hours by bus. oh joy. gonk but it will be worth it! i heard that the symphonic percussion is going to be marching in some parade.....
we went to new york city last year.....it was fun....except that my group didnt want to go see the sights, just shopping. so i was like LETS GO TO 5TH AVENUE THEN! and we were on our way there, but got sidetracked at bloomingdales.....and then i got attacked by murderous pigeons in central park....

I have been to parts of Europe with the SoCAL Honor Band in 2004.
This summer I get to go to Austrailia with my band to play in the Sydeny Opera House! I can't wait!

My band is going to NYC to participate in St. Patricks day.
EDIT- AND we whent to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl last year. It was awesome.

wat's with everyone going to disney?? we went and marched on halloween. that was soooo cool!!! lots of little kids dressed up all over. warning though, more of the parade is through the backstage than on mainstreet. and if your guard is at attention the whole time, hope their arm muscles are bigger than the wimps in ours xp domokun .
oh we also were in 2 competitions on the same day, taking first over all in the last one, and get 1st in the captions in the first one. i can't remember if they had first over all. any body go the the chaffey college competition in cali?? or ramona high school??

wind ensemble/symphonic band stuff: we're going to New York this april, whee yey for middle school bands ^_^...would be fantabulous if ticheli follows us again xD!
anyways, we were originally gonna go to london and paris but the trip got cancelled stressed scream I think next year in eighth grade we might go to england or go to perform in shanghai! (we were offered to perform in shanghai university this year whee )
last year, we went to the all american music festival whee beat every single band that competed there...except a japanese band gonk so we pretty much got second place crying
this year we have a 99% of getting into regionals once again in san diego heart xd 3nodding

Two years ago we went to D.C. for The National Independance Day Parade and made history by being the only band from California and being there the only year the parade was cancelled!!! due to weather. (so what it only rained like a foot in 2mins with rolling thunder and flashing lightning) So we had to go into the Smithonian and played for the other bands and vice versa. (it was cool cause we blew away some 200 person parade band with an 80ish person feild band)
Next spring our directer said we were gonna go on a longer trip and it would be better cause we'd have to cross water. I was thinking Europe when Darlene screams JAPAN! He said no cause the district wouldn't allow us to leave the country, so that leaves Alaska or HAWAII!!!! *daydream*

on one of my past ones we went to orlando to see the dci semi finals and also went to disney world for a few days too! it was really fun!

New York/DC possibly in Spring 2007 as a tour for concert bands.
We were originally thinking about Australia, but I've heard that we're doing it with another school now, and so we're just going to go to NY. Which sucks, I really wanted to go to Australia, NY is cool, but I've been there before and so have quite a few people.
We went to Los Angeles for a marching competition this year, the bus ride down there was enough to rot a person's butt.
