Could anyone suggest me a free game making program?
I'm talking about C++, JAVA or other programming language game maker. In other words an advanced program for advanced users that supports 3d.

Well if you already have Visual Studio, and you like to code, you could get DirectX. They just made Unix free now too, and soon Unreal3 will be made free for students.

You should try the XNA add-on for Visual C# Express
With that, you can test your games on a 360...
