To board pokemon or take one in for a nice spa and massage treatment simply make a post in the Pokemon Pound, Resort & Spa topic.
To Adopt one from the pound, you will need to post in the Pokemon Pound, Resort & Spa topic (in Celadon City.) You will need to post; that you fill out an adoption application at the front desk and leave it there. Please indicate which one you want to adopt. If your application is accepted you will be notified by the Pokemon Kennel Club. (After all they are in charge of the Pokepound and resort too.)
