Not quite sure how I feel bout this concept PPV. Pretty much it's Smackdown vs Raw (Where's ECW?!) in themed matches where interpromotional
(not like its really interpromotional when one star on raw can just go to SD an vice versa)

feuds happen, with each respective show looking to get the win proving their show is best. Didn't they do this a few years back at a Survivor Series where it was Team Smackdown vs Team Raw
(This is the PPV that took place days Eddie died) and Orton (Smackdown) won. The same PPV where it was Smackdown GM vs Raw GM, Theodore Long def Eric Bishoff with help from the Boogeyman.

Right so we've got

SmackDown vs. Raw WWE Bragging Rights Tag Match

Raw - DX (HHH & HBK), The Big Show, Mark Henry, Kofi, Swagger and Cody Rhodes
vs
Smackdown - Y2J, Kane, Cryme Time, Dolph Ziggler, Eric Escobar and Drew McIntyre.

First thing that comes to mind in this match is... Who the hell booked this?
Who are Escobar and McIntyre? Not knocking their abilities or anything but seriously?! Seriously, I can respect WWE trying to get new stars over but come on! In a concept high stakes match like this? Surely you can do better.
Khali? Finlay? Matt Hardy?

My opinion, this goes to Team Raw for the DX factor alone. Maybe Smackdown will win via one of their new stars Escobar/McIntyre getting the win but I doubt it.

Ironman anything goes match - WWE Championship - Orton(c) vs Cena
If Cena loses he is banned from Raw.

Not sure if I like the thought of seeing these two wrestle for an hour even if it is anything goes. Though the snowballs chance in hell possibility that Cena does wind up losing and goes to ECW (Not Smackdown) would be icing on the cake.
Think bout it. Bringing Christian to Raw, Send Cena to ECW. ECW gets higher ratings, and Raw gets someone who can wrestle. If Christian has to job the title to Regal or some other person to get to Raw. More power to him.

Somehow I see Mr. Miracle Cena winning this, because let's face it the two have traded titles back and forth why not do it again. Right?

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Taker(c) vs Batista vs CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio

Well, if Taker somehow manages to hold on to the title it'd be a freakin miracle. Either CM Punk wins, or for the love of Christ Batista gets it and gets hurt...YET AGAIN.

Champion vs Champion
(IC champion) Morrison vs (US Champion) Miz

In my opinion, this will be THE match of the entire PPV. Morrison's a human highlight reel and like it or not Miz has improved somewhat. Kinda iffy on this one, but I'm going with a Morrison win on this one.

Possible Matches (Since having 4 matches on PPV would blow)

Champion vs Champion
(Women's Champion) Michelle McCool vs (Diva's Champion) Melina.

Obviously they didn't want Team Raw represented by Mickie James (evidently they think she's getting fat), nor Jillian Hall (why they gave her the title is beyond me) so representing Raw it's Melina! (wait! Wasn't she just drafted to SD! like a few months ago?)

And returning from an injury yet still held the Women's title it's Michelle McCool! If this match does go on, I see Melina winning. She was just drafted and she won the Diva's title. Why kill her momentum losing to someone who rarely wrestles?

Smackdown Divas vs Raw Divas - Added from Raw
(Women's Champion) Michelle McCool , Beth Phoenix and Natalya vs (Diva's Champion) Melina, Kelly Kelly and Gail Kim.

Much as I love for the heels (Smackdown) to win, I see Raw taking this one..

Thoughts?

Hi my name's Reefer

Smackdown is in desperate need of star power... Taker's probably not going to last another year, Batista's a walking injury, and I still find it difficult to think of CM Punk as the champion... And oh my dear god, I NEVER want to see Rey Mysterio hold that belt again.

So they're probably setting this match up so they can send Cena back to Smackdown.

And I like to sexually molest the GD.

Well as a reponse to this comment I say that because of the need for star power is why they're given Escobar and McIntyre big pushes like this.

Quote:
Champion vs Champion
(IC champion) Morrison vs (US Champion) Miz

In my opinion, this will be THE match of the entire PPV. Morrison's a human highlight reel and like it or not Miz has improved somewhat. Kinda iffy on this one, but I'm going with a Morrison win on this one.

Frankly, I don't like how you put it there. "Somewhat" is far from describing the big leap he did since his first match in WWE. And I'm not only talking about his ring skills, but his microphone skills that are far superior to what many can do.

But coming back on the topic:

SmackDown vs. Raw WWE Bragging Rights Tag Match
Raw - DX (HHH & HBK), The Big Show, Mark Henry, Kofi, Swagger and Cody Rhodes
vs
Smackdown - Y2J, Kane, Cryme Time, Dolph Ziggler, Eric Escobar and Drew McIntyre.

If anyone wants a good example of random booking, that's probably the best I can think of to describe that. First of all, you don't put rookies who had as many matches in their entire WWE career as the Undertaker had this year. Yes, I'm talking about McIntyre and Escobar. They might be really talented individuals, but they're far from being serious competition in WWE yet, even if one of them had a match that came after the two World championship matches at Hell in a Cell... Go figure.

So, just for the rookie factor and the DX factor, I say team Raw wins this one hands down. However, this would only be returning the favor as SmackDown literally pwn'd Raw in 2005 when they had a feud like that going on.

Pick: SmackDown
Prediction: Raw

Ironman anything goes match - WWE Championship - Orton(c) vs Cena
If Cena loses he is banned from Raw.

Now this one is screaming "BUT YOUR BETS ON CENA!". Obviously, they won't try to take their money racket away from the #1 brand to go on SmackDown or ECW, though it would only be great to introduce some different feuds over the WWE championship on Raw. So the big question in Vinnie Mac's head is "Do I go for the safe money maker or I try something different so we have a new source of benefits?"

Pick: Orton
Prediction: Cena

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Taker(c) vs Batista vs CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio

It was just a matter of time before they put Roidista in the World title hunt. Same goes for Rey Mysterio. But obviously, these two won't win as this was more random booking than anything else. But then again, we said the same thing about Dave being put in the Khali vs Mysterio match at Unforgiven 2007 and look who walked away with the title..

As for CM Punk, he's still in the doghouse after that story going on between him, Taker and a wardrobe. And since they finally have the chance to give Undertaker that title run they always wanted to give him but abruptly ended each time because of injury, I think it's an obvious winning pick right there.

Pick: Undertaker
Prediction: Undertaker

Champion vs Champion
(IC champion) Morrison vs (US Champion) Miz

Morrison is one hell of a competitor, and so is The Miz. Together, they were awesome, and against each other... This won't be any different. I expect a great match and honestly, I don't care who win in this one because I know I'll be on the edge of my seat the whole time.

Though in this case, it's hard to predict who should come out as the winner as both are on a roll. However, Morrison will have less hard times to catch up if he loses than Miz who is at his first piece of singles gold in WWE. So logically, I would say Miz wins as they need to build his momentum a little more.

Pick: Morrison
Prediction: Miz

Possible Matches (Since having 4 matches on PPV would blow)
But then again, think that a PPV is 3 hours and 1 hour's already off the card for the Ironman match, and at least another hour and a half divided for the World title and the 14-man bout. 2 more matches AT MOST.

Will give my rant once more matches are made official.

orton vs cena

i say cena wins thanks to ted interference in trying to help orton at the last minute and cena wins it thus putting the title back on superman and starting a fued with orton and ted..

14 man tag match

it better be elimination tag or this is gonna be lame

but seeing how raw has DX mark henry and big show and someone else

i dont see how they are going to lose

taker vs batista vs punk vs rey

taker is beaten up again.... batista just came back from injury and rey was suspended i say punk wins by pinning rey and no hes not in the dog house with management they are high up on him but he isnt very will liked right now because he is now dating lita

miz vs morrison miz has improved a boat load anyone remember his "cmon guys its live TV"? so i would say miz on this one

and mickie james is being picked on about her weight and the fact that she was pissed at gail kim on raw about a month ago

They re-named my Survivor Series, thus I do not buy this PPV.

After coming back from the Smackdown tapings. The Smackdown team changed.. It's now

Team RAW (Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston, Big Show, Mark Henry and Cody Rhodes)

vs.

Team SmackDown! (Chris Jericho, Kane, R-Truth, The Hart Dynasty, Finlay, Matt Hardy)

The stipulation for the SmackDown! match was that if the team of Cryme Tyme, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre and Eric Escobar lost to another five-man team, the other wrestlers would replace them as partners for Kane and Chris Jericho.

The other team–Matt Hardy, The Hart Dynasty, R-Truth and Finlay–won

that is a much better team for Smackdown, they will be a bigger threat now....not much bigger but a little anyway.
