~Circus Re Lay is located in Japan~

You have some kind of power and everyone thinks your a freak and you can't fit in with anybody up until now. This circus accepts all kinds of people with amazing powers that no other person could belive. They travel all around the world most of the time but at the other parts in time they will stop somewhere mabye at a resort or their personal hotel to rest until they are invited to another state/country.
