I think Pink Floyd is the greatest band EVER. I have every album of theirs on my computer, and my dad has two (DSotM and Ummagumma) on vinyl. I never get tired of them. My favorite Pink Floyd album is Animals and favorite song is Dogs. Who else loves this band?

Satan On The Beach Syd Barrett's Floyd is better. My thoughts exactly 3nodding Pink Floyd was still good without him, but could have been so much better.

Kitschy Satan On The Beach Syd Barrett's Floyd is better. My thoughts exactly 3nodding Pink Floyd was still good without him, but could have been so much better. Bah, Final Cut>Piper>Dark Side>Animals>The Wall

Ummagumma is a great LP, with a classic sleeve too.

Animals is one of my favorite PF albums too, right along with Dark Side

Harry Hood Syd Barrett's Floyd is better. Totally agree. Floyd's Syd was cool. Love all his work plus I have the old album "Piper at The Gates of Dawn". I prefer "Dark Side of the Moon". Still they were good without him. Great with him and FYI full name is Roger Keith Barrett

Pink Floyd is awesome (although I never did get why they're named that) I love "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun". I believe that's on Ummagumma. I also like "On the Turning Away" especially the live version with the huge guitar riff.
