I joined a contest and I need help
their is no price limit, no layer restrictions, and dream free is aloud
and I'm also aloud to ask for help

ooh, those are really hard colors to work with.
I'm an ameteur at matching all tones and everything. If you truly want to win, and you can't find anyone who will help you, you might have to start over completely :/
EDIT;. purple baseball pants might work.
since the layering doest need to be right, and you can use dream free, you could put socks or somthing crazy over them.
EDIT(again);; you could try a blue galaxy belt

Well I think you tried to be very colorful with this avi. But I think the colors are kind of too bold and too contrasting with this. But I do applaud you for doing creative clutter and I did not see any traces of the colors that I asked you not to use.

Everyone else must have had very high scores if 35/40 is on the lower end. I think you did a good job with no black/white.

yeah if you click on the link in the first post you can see everyone elses score
the highest is 39.5 and I do agree she should win, its very pretty
but I would have put myself like... 2nd XD
and I agree, use of color and originality at least should have been 9's
looking at how she rated everyone elses
I had the least originality, I had less originality than this? this disgusts me, you can see these all day long XD

De clutter it a bit and try a new color scheme cuz... I am not digging the purple-blue combination. It only works if it's deep grapey purple and navy blue.
Also, try a wild hair do.
