I was looking at the wilderness in DC, and I saw a vampire dragon... eek
...Is it possible to own one? Also, just how many different special (neglected, zombie, etc) dragons are there??

Umm... just realized i wanna clarify: Are vampire dragons ownable? or would my egg die if it visited sad or are they some sort of wilderness only thing?

Vampire dragons were the Halloween dragon of 2008. There are 3 females and 1 male on my scroll. As for specials, there is a 2007 and 2008 Christmas dragons, the Leetle tree, and the Valentines dragon for 2009. That's all I can think of right now. One must be very diligent in order to steal the specials.

Of course, people still bite eggs these days, i even have a female.

they can't be obtained by Drops sadly so you have to get them at the AP since not all Vampire eggs can be kept.

I snatched myself a Vampire egg... it's actually in my sig now. You need a really quick clicker finger to nab one from the Abandoned pile, but they do show up. I see them surprisingly often, actually.

The males really are quite eye-catching, aren't they? I'm hoping my egg is a male...

of the breed. You get them from stealing an egg from the abandonry [[I got mine within the first week I joined the site~ Lucky me]]. And then you bite one of your other eggs, and they turn into a vampire egg.

If you are looking for a specific gender, try to get a pink dragon first c: They have the power to influence the gender of an egg. [[That's how I ended up with one of each gender]]
