As I recall, Luffy wanted at least 10 members (not including him, so overall that would be Eleven Straw Hats), and his long awaited musician has finally come.
I think So far we have: (including Luffy?)
Luffy- Captain
Zoro- Swordsman/ First Mate (well, isn't he?)
Nami- Navi
Usopp- Either the canon guy/ sniper specialist or the Look Out.
Chopper- Doctor
Sanji- Chef
Robin- Appraiser/ History Specialist
Brooke- Musician
Franky- Shipwright (Aka carpenter dude)
What could the two positions be then? Any ideas?

Personally, I'd like the Straw Hats to get a... ooh, this is hard, now that i think of it.
I think they'd have an easier time if they had a scout-like crew mate next.

Well, having someone who can talk to fish would probably be useful. Having a shijibukai would be great too. Then again, the particular one I'm thinking of already has a crew of her own. But you know, if it came down to it, I think a fist of fire would be a great addition too. What I'm basically saying is that it would be great if Caimie-chan would join. Also, if he could get over working under his "brother" I think Ace would be the tenth member. With these two additions, the Straw Hats would be crazy strong. Those are my thoughts.

A comedian, Brook doesn't fill this spot as he tells 'GOOD' jokes, the comedian had to tell... decent/terrible jokes that luffy will always laugh to.

It Has To Be A Girl IMO Too Many Guys, Not Enough Women Not Hancock Cause She Already Is The Snake Princess Of Amazon Lily, Unless She Wants To Resign From Being Shichibukai And Have All The Marines Take Down Her Island, I Think Thats A No No Not Jimbei Cause That Would Be Just Weird Not Another D Especially Ace, Cause They Have Their Own Dreams And Ace Wants Whitebeard To Be King Caime Would Be Cool Cause Shes A Girl And Shes Funny But It That Would Mean Papagg Would Follow Along, She Really Needs Him It Has To Be Someone That They Find In The New World, Devil Fruit Or Not, Doesn't Matter And Obviously It Has To Be A Person That Luffy Really Adores

I think one of the new members the crew needs is someone to record their travels but they may want someone to clean the ship. I mean the guys end up doing it most the time but they may want more extra time or something. Of one or both have to be a girl. She should be flat chested so they can make fun of her and so she becomes depressed when comparred to either nami or robin. Also she should be realy strong and smart. Another cool thing would be if she almost always kept a straight face and was realy scary or would plot evil plans. I think the crew also needs a goth/ tomboyish girl who says next to nothing.
As you can see I realy thought this threw...........
