 Demonbusters 2009 Long ago a bitter fight between two Gaian demigods left them powerless and imprisoned for centuries, biding their time until they could rise again. Now, a dark deal with the King of Halloween has restored their power... one is hell-bent on flooding Gaia with demons, and the other is building an army to stop her. Demonbusters 2009 Pre-BeginningOn Saturday Oct. 03, 2009 there was a published mini-comic that started to set the Hallowe'en Ambiance on Gaia. It revealed how Bruce Hardcastle died from asphyxiation because of trying to eat a whole potato in one bite.  On Wednesday Oct. 07, 2009 two [NPC] factions started to reveal themselves publicly which were [NPC] B.O.O. and [NPC] S.I.N.; later to be revealed that one of the O. meant Overseer and S. meant Sentinel by using the name of the items that were leaked on Tuesday Oct. 13. Later on Oct 15 and 16 it was revealed (on the PMs and NPC profiles) that B. O. referred to Benevolent Order and I. N. meant Infernal Nation. Resulting that the names of the two factions are the Benevolent Order of the Overseer and Sentinel's Infernal Nation. On Monday Oct. 12, 2009 another comic arouse announcing the Halloween Additions and how Jack later knew what to do for Halloween:  Later on that day, there was a Cash Shop update involving the Mini Comic. On Tuesday Oct. 13 there was the leak of the Halloween 2009 items that is thought to be of zOMG!. On Thursday Oct. 15 and Friday Oct. 16, both factions started to send invitation to join their side. On Monday Oct. 19, the link to the event was released in the faction's profiles and then the people saw the name of the event and what it involved:  (Click for full version)
Later that day Azrael, the fallen angel that auditioned for the Halloween event, released a RIG box called Azrael's Trickbox.

Our ancient order dedicates itself to honoring the Righteous One by promoting his virtues and protecting Gaia from his enemies. As a member of the Benevolent Order, you'll be expected to live by the following code:
- Comport yourself with dignity and patience
- Protect those weaker than you
- Enjoy a lifelong pursuit of wisdom
- Guard Gaia against all demonic threats
Though we are largely a peaceful organization, our scriptures indicate that we will soon be called upon to take up arms against a dire threat. Please consider pledging your devotion to our cause."
