She carries a gun, but really you can draw any generic-looking pistol (if you feel like drawing one at all) xD
She carries rosary beads as well, always a fun prop if you want to draw them.
And if you're feeling particularly ambitious, a good face ref is the lovely Agnyss Deyn. Tilda is decidedly less glamorous, though. No makeup... xD

Likes: Sandwiches, sausage, painting, guns, beer, long walks at night, cold weather, science fiction, video games, desserts, her work
Dislikes: Elevators, staircases, ghosts, mayonnaise, hot weather, clothes shopping, sleeping, paperwork
Personality: Matilda gives everything 100%. She is devoted to her job and hates the idea of slacking off; her own human need for sleep annoys her. She doesn't take vacations and is annoyed when she needs to stay home because of illness or injury. Though generally a very practical person, her stubbornness and reckless nature often get her into trouble. At first she appears stern and intimidating, (and possibly slightly insane) but Matilda is a kind and self-sacrificing person.
Besides her work with the Order, sandwiches are her life's passion. Nearly everything she eats is between two slices of bread. No one questions this or they get glared through.
Matilda lost her right eye in a fight with a werewolf.
