 Szad looked at the delicate colors before his wide, blue eyes. The light greens and vivid oranges. The touch of red or blue on the corners, and even the soft purple smack dab in the center. The fragile winds of the butterfly relaxed. The rose up and down in time with Szad's breathing. He was truly in awe at the beauty of such a tiny creature. The wings were colored so precisely that they almost looked like eyes. So when Szad was walking through the forest just a moment ago. They had scared him so much that he almost shrieked. But at second glance, he could see that they were not eyes at all. And that led to this moment. Beholding the fine beauty of nature. Suddenly, his nose tickled, and before he could stop himself, he sneezed. Causing the frightened butterfly to take wing and fly off into a safer place. Szad frowned. Seeing the butterfly leave made him almost sad.
He straighten his spine and stood up straight and looked around. He turned and stepped forward, unfortunately stepping, and snapping, a dry twig.

Riley wasn't to far off. And when the sneeze came, she was stirred awake. But it wasn't until the twig snap that she shot up from her grassy bed and looked around with her purple eyes. "Who's there?" She looked around again and her eyes finally spotted the stallion that was there. "Oh..." She blinked at him, and then had to look around again. She still didn't recognize the area. She wondered what was wrong and how come she wasn't able to remember much.
"Where exactly... Is this place?"

Szad jumped and nearly ran off when her heard the mares voice. But the touch of anxiety and fear made him turn around and face her. Was she hurt? Lost? Sick? Did she need help? Szad was ready to help any one and everyone that needed his aid.
His blue eyes looked her over, she did not seem injured. But more confused. And his assumption was verified once the light mare asked him where she was. He gave a gentle smile and slowly moved closer to her.
"The-the forest. Y-your in the...forest." His eyes locked on her briads. They were diffrent from his, but for her to have them in her hair made him wonder.
"Y-you from...here?"

When he moved closer Riley shyed away some. "If I was from here, do you think I'd be asking where here is?" Her purple eyes looked him over. She didn't really take to much in about the stallion. It wasn't that she was uninterested. It was that she was unconcerned about him. "See... Last night I got here, but it was so dark I had no idea where I ended up." Riley didn't remember to much. She knew she came from somewhere, but no to sure where, and she knew herself.
She could have been here before but she didn't remember it. But the stallion, he seemed shy. Maybe he wasn't the best horse to be helping her.

Szad's eyes looked the mare over more, taking in more detail. His ears perked up once more when her heard her voice. It had a strange and foreign feel to it. Where could she be from? He gave a shy smile as his response to her statement. He knew for why she had asked the question. And more than one thing told him she was from other lands. But he still had wanted to clarify.
When he heard her story, his eyes and face changed. He was concerned. She didn't know from where she came from? Or why she left that place? He looked into her purple eyes. What an interesting color, he thought. "I have come from...far too. Maybe.....maybe if I told you about m-my lands, you could re-remember some of you-yours...?" He said with a hopeful smile.

Riley felt her face get hot when the stallion looked at her. He was that caring look. She didn't feel she often got it, and it caused her to back down a bit. Se smiled some seeing that he was going to try and help her, and she being to aggressive would only make things harder on the both of them.
She took in a breath to relax herself. "Yeah sure, that might help." She had her doubts about it. Why was everything a fog? Did something happen that caused her to just forget it all? At least she found a horse that was kind. She wanted to let her guard down a little. She would need to stay positive.
"Ah... I, my name is Riley. I think.. Yeah that sounds right." She smiled at him. Hoping that would calm down and see that she was going to back off.

Szad let her see another smile. "Im Szad." he said, his vioce a bit stronger. Riley, what a unique name, he thought.
"I d-dont remeber much of m-my lands either...so...sorry if Im not m-much help..." He trailed off, almost ashamed. It was true, he did not remeber much of his lands, or his past. their were bits and shards, as well as flashes that came in dreams. But other than that, it was a black viod.
"My lands were...I remeber...v-very vast. Mountains, hills, r-rivers. A-and there was this...one field, tthat always had w-wild f-flowers. It was very pretty...
There were t-two big f-forests. One was all p-pine....while the other was all f-fruit trees." he smiled at her gently. Hoping this was helping in some way.

It didn't sound familiar at all. Well, not that anything really would have. For all she knew, she went to sleep at night and forgot everything all over again. She shook her head over at the stallion. "I'm sorry but I'm not getting anything." And it would seem like a lost cause to try. It would probably be better to just learn this new area.
"I'm thinking just learning this area would be a better idea then trying to remember. Its not really like I'd be going back there for all I know."
