She stretched, reaching her arms over her head still clutching her bag of books as she meandered casually towards home and homework. Mmm thank heavens it was an light night of it, she was feeling the lazy haze of the day down to her very bones and made no move to hurry towards home. Maybe she'd stop for a milk-tea, the thought of a few extra minutes in the park sipping a jasmine milk to especially, mmm... delicious.
She pulled out her cellphone and tapped out a quick text message to her younger sister and sent it so the message would be passed on she was taking the long way and then took the next left towards the park and the small shop that housed the "Boba-bubbles" shop.

Sometimes being a cat had its perks. He had been following her for several minutes now and so far, she hadn't seemed to notice. This was beginning to become a regular ritual of his that he could not break himself away from. She was so familiar to him yet a complete stranger. He also sensed a familiarity about her as well. It was damnably perplexing.
Her life seemed ordinary enough. In fact, he found it rather boring. What was the appeal of this girl? She was beautiful but a bit young for his taste. Much younger than the woman in his dreams. Was she a distant relative or was it purely coincidental?
He paused briefly to stretch and yawn lazily before continuing after her. At least a lone black cat had its perks. Most left him alone. He was either too 'wild' or simply seen as bad luck. Earthlings were silly creatures.

She made it most of the way to the shop before she realized she was 'being followed.' blinking and smiling widely to see a black cat following her. Adorable!... maybe it was hungry... was it, that one that followed her to school sometimes? She bit her lip thoughtful and vanished into the shop just long enough to order the milk-tea, and ordered as well from their snack area some fries. Not the -perfect- food for a cat but she'd known strays to eat stranger things, and at worst it was better than -nothing- right?
she glanced around for it as soon as she came out of the shop again.
Was it that cat? it was so handsome for a stray, maybe it... was just a wandering cat. There was something just... familiar about it. And it always gave her an urge to try and pick it up and hold it close.

The scent of food teased his nostrils. That was the one thing he loved about the people of this planet. The made the most delicious food. The growl of his stomach reminded him that he had not yet eaten today. Caution urged him to keep his distance but the enticing smell begged him forward. One step lead to several more steps and before he knew it, he was sitting at her feet begging for some food like one of those damned dogs!
"Meow?", he questioned with a gruff feline sound. Sometimes he hated the fact that he wasn't allowed to talk. He'd normally just demand his food and be on his way. He wasn't allowed to speak here though and honestly, he didn't want to leave just yet. There was something about this girl that made him feel.. comfortable. Was it just the resemblance to the girl in his dreams or was there more to it? No harm in getting something to eat, right?

She stooped and rested the tray of fries on the ground and smiled backing up just a little. "Here sweetie... I bet your hungry, aren't you a handsome fellow..." She cooed. "Do you have a home? do you? I bet they miss you..."
