Okay, I would love to read my other thread, and reply to everyone, but i'm so tired and have an insane migraine from staring at a bright computer screen for the last 5 hours, plus 8 hours yesterday.
So i'm just getting on here to let ya'll know:
I did freaking amazing on my first day. Made over my CPH, I believe I had 21 calls per hour (Which is CPH by the way) and normally people only get around 15-17. The required is 20, but no one really gets in trouble if they don't get it. I was told that normally when people work there and start off, they don't reach their CPH or do as well as me. And that i've very cheerful and polite and enjoyable to listen too.
Today, I made my CPH at 24. I also got recommended to the Supervisor for doing so well, and was complimented so much more. smile I was also complimented on the phone by a Public Speaking teacher for having a good voice and doing well at this XD
I may get upfront parking soon, and perhaps some neato benefits or something!
Anyhow, just trying to update you guys. This job is really wearing me out and I really want to post in the guild but it's hard right now, i'm not use to a job nor have I ever had one.

I'm really happy and relieved to know I Don't fail at things like I thought I would. xD I guess when it comes to talking on a phone though, it's one of the things I do best!

And Ammit, lol, I dont know how I talk to you on the phone, but people think im a recording or overly happy but they do my surveys nearly everytime. xD It's greaaaat
