When I'm in the States I go to Nordstrom's. They have a lot of expensive stuff (my favorite brand from there is Chantelle and have spent nearly $100 on a bra) but they usually have a good range of sizes. The fitters at the one near me are AMAZING, too.

Yes, they just started carrying 32Ds and 32DDs, but if the store you go to doesn't have them in stock, they will put you into a larger-band "sister size" that won't give you the support your lovely large boobs need. Also, the fitters are CRAP. DO NOT TRUST VICTORIA'S SECRET.
