Physical Description: Yusei has short bushy white hair, he has medium sized eyes his eyes are red he has paleish white shik with ligth pink lips, he has a skinny and abit long neck.yusei is about 6'2 and he is in his late teens he looks around 20. Zanpakutou:
• Name : Miziyuumaru ( Rain storm circle)
• incantation : Shinseki miziyuumaru! ( soak rain storm circle)
Shikai Not Accomplished Yet
• Description : When released miziyuumaru turns into a pair hook blades. It allows him to do close combat, mid range and long ranged attacks. By putting the two blades together he can trow it like a wind mill shuriken he can also attach one hook to the other one and swing it around too do some mid range attacks to surpise his opponents
my Shi-kai
• Shikai Abilities: Water regeneration (can heal self but needs a huge amount of water to do so.) and water manipulation
Attacks
•1st Suigadan (water fang) cause the nearby water substance to form a spinning drill made of water
•2nd Suishouha (Water Collision) causes a volume of water to materialize out of the tip of the zanpakutou and can then be directed at his target
•3rd Suitenhoufutsu - (Water Drill Bullet) causes and manifests a large amount of water from the side of the zanpakuto, which he can then shoot at his opponent as a large spherical projectile
Bankai Not Accomplished
•Name: Mizuu Kamikiri, Yuudan Riyuu (rising water, dragon of storm)

Attacks
•1st Houmatsu Suirappa (Violent Water Wave)
By the single movement of a nerve,vain,or body part it causes large volume of water to materialize from nowhere and cause a large amount of damage when it impacts
•2nd Suishuu Gorugon (Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain)
which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target then use this water to will drown his target or distract them so i can perform the finishing blow or shot
•3rd Daibakuryuu (Great Exploding Current)
To do This move yusei will have to conentrate his spiritual pressure then releasing it and every thing his got so then it become uncontrollable and forms an powerfull wave of spirit particles forms a vortex of water , sucking anything in the way and suck it down to the depths of the unknow. (when used yusei will be exited out of his bankaic and become vulnerable to any attacks)

Abilities: when in bankai by compressing his reiatsu, he can move at incredibly high speeds , also the speed of the water manipulation and the Water regeneration ability has doubled in speed and now doesn't need a vast amount of water to be used.

Other: Yusei is able to dodge at an pretty high level but his attacks dont do much damage as he has a lack in Zanjutsu skill,he also knows shunpo at an average level.
Personality: Yusei is'nt on of he brigthest person around, Yusei is an unusually calm individual, and doesn't care about what happens to him. He can be found snoozing in class in the acadamy, letting shinigami's use him as a target of practics. However, he cares for people around them, even going as far as saving good hollows from being slayed.Yusei is a genuinely kind person who is always trying to help people, he also seems have a strong battle sense, as he often finds his opponent's weak points, or unique strategies to defeat them
Character Strengths: One of Yusei's strength's are that he can get himself out of tricky situation either in battles or work , Yusei's way of life is that he can not ignore a person or people in danger regardless of the reason or situation, yusei is a very trusthworty person will reach his limit for and surpass it for the sake to help or save someone
Character Weaknesses: Yusei's is not one of the brigthest people around and he has a small tendency to slack off and fall asleep no matter what time it is and he tends to lose track of time
Biography/History: When yusei was a young child around the age of 6 he lived on the streets in Rukongai with his sibling mato and kimiko durning one dark night yusei ,mato and kimiko were out in the forest playing they did'nt notice it had got so dark ,so yusei escourted himself and his sibling home but on the way home they heard a giant explostion yusei told his siblings to stay there and not move ,yusei went to see what happend to his shock he saw six shinigami figthing a white haired human liked hollow with a black kimono like the shinigami. yusei was paralyzed by fear because of the amout of reishi being released , in shock yusei stood there in a dream the he heard a word that echo'd through his head the work was Kin!, yusei fell to the floor and when he looked back where the battle was all he saw was one of the shinigami who's halve of his body looked like a white hollow which look like it was growing on him and he also saw 3 other people him black kimono's and before he closed his eyes he looked toward the area he left mato and kimiko and then saw a black paw in front of him. When yusei opened his eyes, he found himself in a small cottage.When he got up he rubbed his head and looked around the room,then he saw his sibling sleeping in a corner and at the door there was a amall black cat which just looked at him, the black cat moew'd and ran away out the door.Yusei did not know what he saw that nigth but he never wanter to see it happen to his siblings mato and kimiko so and from that day he decided to become a shinigami.
