I already went through all the male hair cuts, like on Wild World. But i wasnt asked if i'd like to try female haircuts.. Did they leave that out of this game..?

It is on City Folk as well. Are you SURE you went through all the male hair cuts? Go down the list and get them all again. She should ask then if you'd like to try a female hair cut.
