The steamy flats of the Underworld, a great place for hidden talks and uncharted fights because nobody ever traveled here. Dirty dealings have always taken place within the deadly geysers and erupting volcanoes, despite local attempts to police the area. Now it just sits barren, nobody caring of what occurs within the place.
It was here that within the shadows of a monstrous volcanic mountain the kidnapped Devolin prince and the dark assassin appeared. It was a slow process for all the particles to reassemble themselves, but there was more baggage than normal, which slowed down the travel greatly.
Once reformed, the shadow assassin stepped away from Cozen, his body taking a whole form as he stepped into the light created by the ignited volcanoes. It turned, the gleaming skull mask reflecting the light beautifully off its surface and the long dark robes flickering in the light breeze. A rumble came from overhead, but the assassin smirked from behind the mask and stated, "now, Prince Cozen of Heaven and Hell, you have been charged with running away from home and professing love for another creature outside of your own realms while not having the power to. How do you plea?"

Cozen was silent, so was the air around him. For some reason his shadow didn't make it. He narrowed his eyes and studied the figure. Slowly he raised his hand to his mouth, taking his nail and breaking the bond. Closing his marked eye, he spoke. "Guilty as the sinning blood that beats this heart of mine." His voice was ice cold, and very scratchy, it gave an oppressive feeling to the air around him, the feeling of something very deadly. His father had this effect as well, except he didn't have to hide his marking to speak. When Cozen takes the hellion thrown, he to will not have to hide his power, or have this irritating 'limitation' as he was so told. "Who are you to charge me?" He asked as he pointed a finger to the figure. "Why such secrets in such a desolated place?" He gave a smile, a gaping black hole showed. He knew that being in the underworld, he had more power then in the Inter dimension, as this was considered Hellion territory. "Such a fool to bring me back to my home lands, unless there is a reason for it?"

"Ahhh, but why not share secrets in any other place besides such a desolate one?" the dark assassin cooed with a smirk and a glint in its eyes. "And anywhere else that could have been chosen would have been too.....enjoyable for either of us." The air became icily cold from the both of them creating their own zones. The assassin scanned Cozen over time and time again, all the while circling the boy prince.
"And I have no fear of you, Prince Cozen. I may be in a whole form here, but I am just as strong as you are," the dark assassin finally stated as it came around the side of Cozen and ran a gloved hand down the boy's cheek gently. The eyes glistened a blue green color as the assassin moved away and added, "besides, I have brought you here for a reason."

"I would think you not of an idiot." He lost his grin as the hand touched his face. "What are your reasonings?" Cozen had an idea of who was with him, but wasn't quite sure if he was correct or not. He would wait until the figure gave up its identity before stating anything.

"Our families have always been close to one another," the assassin stated, stopping in front of the boy and brushing a strand of hair out of his face gently. "Long ago our ancestors met here and made a bond with one another, stating that one day our blood would flow together and the dimensions would be united under one family."
A hand reached up and pushed the mask back and Azerol's eyes gazed back at Cozen. "My darkest secrets have been laid upon your heart, as yours have been upon mine. Cozen, my dearest....my beloved young prince.....are we that pair? Is this really our destiny?"

{Sorry... Cozen is being... well Hellish... hehe}
Cozen gave a grin, and relaxed his form. His wings shrank, and his mouth smoothed out, as well as his marked eye became covered with a patch. Grabbing ahold of some fabric, Cozen pulled Azerol to him. "I don't give a flying ******** weather we are or not." He then pulled Azerol down a bit so he could kiss him. "If we are, all the better."

Azerol pressed deeply into the kiss while wrapping his arms around the boy to support him. It was the best kiss he had ever received, almost like a first kiss. Absolutely flawless and sweet.
When he pulled back he continued to hold Cozen, all the while smiling and nuzzling the boy gently. He did not say anything, but simply stroked the head of blue hair gently and pressed kisses into his hair.

Cozen gave a couple of chuckles. "Damn to think what lead to this." He pulled back a bit, but not to far. "And what is to come of that group of yours?" Cozen wanted to know what was going to come after this, and how much of the plan he was told would still hold true.

"They will still do what they were told to do...." Azerol stated softly, letting Cozen pull back from him until only his fingertips were resting on the boy's sides. "There will be an uprising from the underworld, and possibly the overworld too, to try and seize power from their higher dimensions. No doubt if a fight starts the dragons will want a part of it, and they might fight with the C-dimension creatures."
He paused and ran a hand down Cozen's cheek softly, his eyes a soft blue color now. "But I will not let them have you. Even if it means having to go back to your father and tell him that I was doing it to protect you, I will not simply pass you over to them like I would have before. My heart is too weak to watch you be put through whatever devious torture devices they have waiting for you."

Cozen took in all of this. "But if it is to get the rebels out, then I must Azerol. As long as I am not placed on Earth, I shall be fine!" He came back closer to Azerol. "Royals are born tough, I have the blood of two lines through me! As long as I do not fall to Earth, I shall be fine!"

Azerol's brow furrowed and he shook his head sadly, "you do not understand, Cozen. I cannot subject you to that kind of torture and just simply watch without helping. I....." he paused and looked down at the ground. He quietly added, "I'm not......strong enough to do that....." He dug a boot into the ground and looked back at Cozen.

Cozen held Azerol. "Then what are you to tell your 'brothers'? What are you to tell Eli? What about the... the head of your little organization?" Cozen asked what he needed, wanting to make sure all choices were save, but yet he didn't wish to start out a war between the lesser dimensions and the higher ones. "What of them?" He looked back at Azerol's face.

"I am the head of the assassins," Azerol replied strongly, "And it matters not what I tell them. I will take the fall for it all, as long as you are safe and we are together then that is all that matters to me." He stroked Cozen's hair for comfort and nuzzled him gently. "If it comes down to it we will come up with something else. If there is a will then there is a way."

{Not sure how to react any more with out loosing Cozen's Hellion character. ^^;}
Cozen gave off a smile, and as he did he lost most of his hellion figure. He went back to no horns or tail, his patch faded, and his hair back to all blue. "Alright then."

Azerol sighed and held the boy, thinking about his own predisposed path. It was a dark one, but in the end it would allow him to be happy, and that is what he wanted. But within that path he would have to give up Cozen to the opposing forces in hopes of really drawing out the rebels in the under dimensions. There was work to be done, but it wasn't anything that could not wait for now.
One other point of his own prophecy bothered the dragon prince. It was the key point to making all of this work, but it would come at a heavy cost. He did not want to think about it now, nor worry Cozen with his own fears, so Azerol burried his face in the boy's hair and closed his eyes.
