The Dark halo begin to changed shape as it took a form of a dark bow. Toan took out three arrows and fired them at you. When all three arrows got closed the explosive tags on them set of.

His eyes paid close attention towards Toan and would concentrate every attack towards him and since he is the only one there. The figure evaded the explosion while lunged to the left as slit's detached from his being. The figure would not take too much damage, only a few scratches by the explosion. As the figure would set foot on the ground, he disappeared. Only to appear a few meters behind Toan and gaining on him. He charged at the speed of one chuunin's. The figure figured out that if he fights long range, it would be best to fight short range.

Toan spun around as the dark bow turn into a Dark fan. Toan swung the dark fan with such force generating a giant wind right at the figure as the wind begin to slice everything in it path.

( -.- um dude guess i didnt warned you. ok first!!!! im a person who describe or even hint, my moves. ill try to give out as much hint as i could possible since you'd even missed my word sweatdrop now ive warned you and im gunna let my hinted attack slip for now. )
The figure's face began to became cheerful as he was and is before coming here. He isnt the person to takes small things seriously though. As Toan swung the fan to release a huge gust of wind, the figure disappeared and reappeared back behind the gust and only about 3 meters away from him. He speed of reappearing in front of Toan was faster then before. If it was the Sharingan he'd go up against, the Sharingan wouldn't have spotted him. It was even more effective then the original. Two pointy thin metal popped out between his fingers as he was just about to threw them. Slit's detached from his grips as he flickered his wrist. The figure would then appeared behind Toan but, this time Sharingan could spotted him and it was slightly slower. It seemed that the figure had trouble controlling his speed or, is he? The figure would then swung his arm but, this time with a new thin metal that popped out between his fingers. It was aimed to just scratch him and nothing else.

(Sorry dude, im the type that types out what he is doing. im a bit of a Dyslexic so don't be expecting much of a description, i might even missed what you type from time to time.)
Toan open his eyes ,revealing eyes of a blind man, as he manipulated the wind as the two thin metal flew past him. He begin to open up all his other sense to locate the figure and also used the wind to tell him what was happening. Tch a speed demon, fighting against them always give me a headache Toan though as he spun around with his fan as the fan turn into a dark Scythe. He brought up the scythe to used it end block the punch as he swung the blade part at the figure.

He used the two thin metal to poked the surface of the blade but, it was gentle enough like just a gentle poke. Nothing that would deflect the scythe or anything. He was just teasing with him as he suddenly disappeared. Only to reappeared beside him on the opposite side of the blade. Using his brains, if a force is applied in a swung, it would be impossible to pull it back until it fully created an arc. The figure reappeared the opposite side of the swung and tend to give Toan something special. As the scythe was only half way to fully create an arc, the figure would thrust his hand at high pace towards Toan's neck. It was not to cause severe pain but, something special in return for the scythe that he swung towards him. If it were to made contact with his body, it would be deadly and even more deadly if it was to the head. Seeing as Toan is someone who isnt a speed user, he would use this advantage to perform another move but, that is until later.

Toan had anticipated this as he kicked upward to the side of him to block the strike from the opponent with his leg, buying him enough time to switch the scythe to his other hand and swung it down toward The figure. Toan may not be as fast as the figure, but he was an excellent at reading the opponent intention.

The figure was impressed with Toan's reaction but, whats the use if the speed user is slow in reacting. The figure side stepped to the left side as he created an arc using his hand as senbons darted out of his hand. At the same time, he reached for his pouch and pull out a single kunai. He used the kunai to held the scythe down so that it cant be pulled up since, he brought down the scythe. Eventually, it was supposed to reached the ground. Using his free hand, the figure grabbed a hold of the scythe's and performed a hand stand. While he was in the verge of performing the hand stand, he would try to kick Toan using his legs and landed safely upon the other side of the scythe and disappeared.
