Over time, Cerberus had forgotten what exactly was his reason for disliking goody-two shoes and gods and or goddesses. However, in about only an hour, the reasons suddenly flooded back to him. As of now, the evil breed wish owned his own, personal storm cloud. And this cloud was dark, heavy, and throwing lightening.
Ears flat, eyes narrowed, tail swishing, Cerberus muttered cursed under his breath, most of them ending in growls, as he left the lair of the Marriage God. Truce, he called it! Ha! He might as well thrown on the chains! Slightly bristled, he frowned at the other source of his problems, snarling slightly, before looking ahead. Oh, what a joke! A pure evil blooded wish and a pure good blooded wish!
The innocent flowers that Eros had taken alike to held no chance against Cerberus; If they were unlucky enough to be in his path, they were trampled on without a glance. The furious wish only dreamed of doing the same to the damn god. And of marriage, he claimed! If that wasn't a contradiction, he didn't know what was!
Cerberus had no clue exactly how he got into this mess. All he remembered was someone bumping into a kit and him pouncing. After that, it was a blur and the male hardly cared to try and recall. He just knew that he was condemned to a goody two shoes in order to claim a civil society between the two breeds. Cerb once more glared the others way. "Hurry up, will you." He snapped, not caring on whether or not she was on his heels or lagging. He just wanted to nag somehow, to direct some of his rage in verbal form. The damn god knew to well of Cerberus, it seemed. The evil wish, as mean and unfair as it seemed when it came to himself, had morals, surprising enough. And one of them was to protect whoever he ended up with. The vow was as good as in stone and that irritated the vivid wish even more, who always kept his promises.
Oh boy, he and this goody girl, who happened to be Camillia, were now in a mateship. Joy.
((Sorry if seemed wierd. I'm a little out of it. .__. And hope this was okie~))

The October wind was merciless in its cold. Her wheat-colored coat stood up on its end, seeking sources of heat. Just about now, she was supposed to be having her typical afternoon tea. However, she'd skipped it today, for a special occasion; to meet the God of Marriage, and her future husband. From birth to present day, Camilla never experienced any actual intimate relationships like her other friends. She recalled her friends' expressions, when they were with their partner. There was only one word for it; bliss. However, Camilla had always been afraid to dive into the unknown depths of such overwhelming emotions. After all, she didn't need that to be happy, she was content with her family, her friends, and her plants. Ironically, something worse occurred. Just the previous morning, her parents had announced a big surprise, with serious expressions. "Well, to put it simply, you're getting married to a pure-evil blooded wish," her father had said grimly. They explained that it was for the community, to help ease the tension between the two races. There was no way Camilla could muster a defiant "No!". If it would help, then she would have to do whatever she was told to, regardless of her own opinions on the matter...
"Hurry up, will you?"an irritated voice broke Camilla's thoughts. His name was Cerberus. His default expression, was that of a frustrated growl, and his every-day stance was one prepared for battle. His coat was of a mysterious blue, like the unknown depths of the sea and small specks of ebony were here and there. Though his words were harsh, Camilla could instantly peg the bit of softness in his tone, and it was then that she understood more clearly. It was merely a facade, a demeanor, that all of their species put up with, just like Camilla had done with her parents, being the innocent, obedient child. However, that didn't mean, Cerberus, had a soft side to him, or that Camilla wanted to be rebellious at times.
This realization, made Camilla feel distinctly closer with this stranger, who still wore the mask of anger. Suddenly, cold, icy, rain, began to pour upon the pair. As she saw her mate's dark teal eyes turn upwards towards the sky, she vowed, that in the near future, she'd be the one to break his shell. She started off with a peal of soft laughter, and then she inquired to the boy, "I doubt you want to get that fur wet! C'mon, do you want to come over my house, for some tea?" Camilla wagged her tail excitedly. Who said opposites couldn't be attracted to each other? Camilla would prove them wrong.

Cerberus couldn’t believe his luck. His own personal cloud became reality. Growling as the chilling rain drenched him instantly, his eyes turned upwards, glaring at the sky with spite. He kept hoping to wake up from this horrid dream, though seemed to constantly contradict the thought, reminding himself he was a realist. Shaking some of the rain off in attempt to keep it from soaking to his skin, his ears twitched at the sound of laughter, dark teal orbs turning on to his new mate, who was looking at him. The question she asked was… unappealing, in its’ own way. Cerberus never dreamt of visiting a goodies house and didn’t really feel up to the thought either. But returning to his own house would be… a nightmare. Not only was it more than likely further than hers, his had Hades, Eros, Hermes, and Ares, who happened to be the last people he would like to appear to, soaked, and announce the female as his mate.
With a defeated sigh and a fierce scowl, he met his eyes with her rose colored ones, before giving a sharp nod. ”Fine. We will come over to your… house.” He replied gruffly, his distaste in the thought clearly in his tone, before he glanced at her rapidly wetting fur. He let out a mutter before nudging the goody girl. ”Now, quickly lead the way. If you get sick, I swear I’ll find you the foulest tasting herbs and feed them to you.” He ordered dryly. When they got to her house, he would have to put down the ground rules and such. As much as he disliked the thought, they would have to discuss the future. Cerberus cringed at the thought. ((Sorry if a bit short.. Too noisy in the living room, can’t concentrate. ;____; ))

”Fine. We will come over to your… house.” Camilla responded with a brilliant grin, the feel of victory visible in her vivid expression. ”Now, quickly lead the way. If you get sick, I swear I’ll find you the foulest tasting herbs and feed them to you.” And though the male spoke spiteful words, Camilla believed that he was merely trying to cover his defeat. She tried her best to hide her giggles at a silly come-back Camilla had thought about in her head, 'Why, the plants love me so, that even as you say, the foulest would not dare hurt me!' Such behavior only made the girl feel warmer towards the Wish, and she was looking forward to introducing him to her house. Though she knew Cerberus disliked, no, despised wet weather drenching such a luscious coat, she rather enjoyed the refreshing feel of it, and how the gray clouds created a calming atmosphere.
It was just the perfect time to start up a conversation. She could hardly contain herself, for the things she wanted to inquire about were endless. Did he have family? How was his childhood like? What was his favorite food? Perhaps, by seeking such answers, Camilla would get insight into his logic. She simply wanted to get to know him, well, her mate, better. And though they probably had all the time in the world, Camilla was always a bit eager to greet the future. So, she thought hard for several moments, as they continued to walk through the rain in silence. "Say, what do you think about children?" she spoke, regretting asking as soon as she had finished inquiring. It was a rather awkward one, being as they were simply acquaintances, but the truth was, Camilla really did want to know his perspective on little ones. In her view, they lit up one's life. Always full of laughter, eager to please, so much to teach, she recalled her own sweet childhood, and a wave of nostalgia washed over the girl. Though she was a bit unsure of her own parenting skills, she was sure of the fact that Cerberus would be a remarkable father.
As she raised her gaze so that she could steal a glance at her partner, once again, Camilla could not help but admire his looks, and a slight blush spread over her pale cheeks like rapid-fire. She found his horns to be the most charming part of him. They were formed extremely well, curving around his blue-green ears, as if sculpted by an artist. She envied them, and as if ashamed of herself, Camilla took a look down at her own fur. Her coat was a lighter shade of wheat towards the middle, and a darker burly-wood at the ends. The unique feature about her, was that on her coat, was a natural pattern of pink blossoms. It was a rare feature in her family, one that had not been seen in generations, and this was the only aspect of herself she took pride in.
Well, there was no need to get distressed over such trivial matters. Her pink eyes began to glitter as a monstrous figure seemed familiar. Home sweet home.

Oh lord, was hell freezing over? Spotting the response to his reply, he almost did the unthinkable, something he never imagined he would do to a goody. He almost smiled back at her. Looking away and letting out a gruff noise, he walked beside her, shaking his fur every now and then as he was continually drenched. The day was rather bad for him. He didn’t enjoy entering a mateship with a stranger, didn’t enjoy rain, didn’t enjoy getting wet. But all he did was let out a soft sigh.
Cerberus was almost certain the whole trip to her house would be silent. And, oh, wasn’t he a fool for believing so? When has a good breed ever been quiet for more than a few seconds? Looking over at the girl, he couldn’t help but feel a bit hesitant. Was it because of his pride of having to answer a goody? No, that didn’t seem right. It was another feeling, all together. It was more like... worry? Wrinkling his nose, he looked over at her, before giving a very small, soft smile. ”What do I think? Hm, well, in all honesty, they are noisy brats who never seem to fail at tripping someone.” He replied, eyes sparkling with humor. ”However, as much as it kills me to admit it, I find them rather enjoyable. I’ve got… two daughters of my own. Bailey and Nyx. You’ll be meeting Nyx soon. She’s quite grown now, and I apologize in advance if you dislike the idea of having her around, though I will refuse to keep her from my company if she wants it.” He stated, before shaking his head. He looked over at her, eyes slightly narrowed, before deciding to question her back. ”Yourself? What do you think of children?” He asked in an almost muttered tone, as though he didn’t want to be overheard. He once more looked away, slightly embarassed and even horrified over the fact that he was embarassed.
He once more looked over at her and blinked. What was her problem now? She was a bit red. He frowned, slightly concerned, excusing the feeling as a worry to what people would think about him if his mate fell ill. Walking a few steps infront of her, he stopped infront of Camilla before pushing his forehead on hers, feeling for a sign of fever though the rain wasn't helping all to much. "Are you alright?" He asked, deeming her the regular body heat before walking once more.
He looked back and found himself a bit relieved. If he were to be stuck with a goody and if only looks mattered, he would consider himself lucky. It wasn't as though she was unattractive. No, quite the opposite. She was rather really attractive, which made being civil slightly more easier. And it wasn't as though she talked a million words per minute. Coming to a conclusion, he decided he might as well make the best of the arrangement and be glad he didn't get stuck with an annoying, horrid looking mate. He almost even smiled then.
