Name: Sirus Luke Matlock
Aliases/ Nicknames: Doc
Physical Description:
Sirus is a very tall man towering above most people at 6 foot and is severely underweight at 130 lbs. Due to this fact he has a severe lack of muscle making him virtually useless in battle. Sirus’ skin has been bleached a pale white by the florescent lights in the hospital he works at. His hair is platinum blond hair that is of average length. The most extraordinary aspect of his appearance is his eyes. They are a deep violet color, but this is not natural for they are non-prescription colored contacts. Sirus has a generally kind face that seems to disarm the sense of intimidation that most feel upon seeing his gargantuan stature. He is normally seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, and lime green sneakers. Over this he wears a stark white lab coat. Sirus’ favorite part of his appearance is his small, square, silver glasses. His age is 35 but he looks ten years younger than he actually is.
Zanpaktou:
Not Obtained
Sealed form: Sirus’ sealed zanpaktou takes the form of a small six inch Wakizashi with a white lacquered wood handle and sheath. The blade itself is dull but has been polished until it looks like a mirror.

Shikai: “Begin the Operation Medusa”
After Sirus say his activation phrase his wakizashi dissolves into a cloud of reiatsu. The cloud then turns and consumes Sirus and transforms him. When in his Shikai Sirus appearance receives a dramatic change. His skin is turned into a slimy green color that reminds you of something that should live on the bottom of the ocean. Sirus’ hair changes into shoulder length green tentacles with striped bands alternating between the color of his skin, a green-yellow, and dark red. His face is obscured by a black gas mask that materializes as well. It covers his entire face and has mirror lens to prevent anyone from seeing what he look like in Shikai. Among the hair and skin color he also grows two more arms. These arms are where the true power of his Shikai lies. The top left arm is covered by a lab coat sleeve and his hands are covered by torn medical gloves. The fingers are the only part of the hand that can be seen and are in fact syringes, five each filled with a different colored liquid that he can refill at will. Also, he can shoot these syringes from his hand, accurately up to 20 feet, and re-grow them. The top right hand is the same with the exception of the fingers, they are scalpels and he cannot shoot them. Sirus’ bottom two arms are just normal arms. In this form his clothes also change to an ankle length white lab coat that is buttoned up, think light blue medical gloves, and black combat boots.
Red: The red liquid is held in the pinky syringe and is a particularly potent poison. After being injected with the subject has 30 minutes before the poison cause cardiovascular system failure resulting in death.
Yellow: The yellow liquid is held in the ring syringe is another poison. This poison is not fatal but causes full body paralysis and if not treated within 48 hours of being injected with it will cause permanent paralysis.
Green: This liquid is held in the middle syringe and contains an acid. Completely uncontaminated this acid can eat through anything that comes into contact with it making it extremely dangerous and useful.
Clear: The clear liquid is held in the pointed syringe and merely contains an anesthesia that he uses when treating patients.
Blue: The blue liquid is held in the thumb syringe. This liquid is made of concentrated reiatsu and is used as a booster on patients. Sirus’ concentrated reiatsu is the antidote for the first two liquids and can negate the acidity of the third liquid.

Bankai: “Devour Their Minds Medusa”
After Sirus says his Bankai activation chant his zanpaktou turns again into the cloud of blue reiatsu and then compresses into a cude. When this happens the cloud crtstalizes and turns into a clear crystal cube. The cube in and of itself has no power and is more like a container for his Bankai. Sirus’ reiatsu acts as the key, when he releases a stream of reiatsu into the crystal cub it begins to glow and lifts off his hand to hover above his head. It then becomes consumed by the light and suddenly expands. Now both Sirus and his opponenet are trapped inside this cube, unable to escape unless Sirus seals it away again. The space is one hundread feet floor to ceiling and one hundread feet wall to wall. The space is orinated on Sirus, meaning that he is always in the center of this space no matter where he moves. This space is an extention of Sirus’ mind and as such gives him complete control over it. He can do anything he wishes with the space but it does have a few rules. First and most important is that he can in no way alter or control his opponent or their zanpaktou. Second, whatever he does applies to both himself and his opponent. An example would be if Sirus increased the gravity it would affect both him and his opponent. This is the only function of Sirus’ Bankai.
Special Accessories:
Sirus constantly wears his purple color contacts, and his silver glasses. He also never takes off a silver ring he wears on his left hand ring finger.

Personality:
Sirus is far more intellectually curious and sensitive to beauty than most. You might say that his beliefs are individualistic and frequently drift towards the unconventional, and that he enjoys his imagination and the exciting places it takes him. He can often be seen daydreaming when he has no pressing matter to deal with. Sirus tends to be impulsive and whimsical, and fine with it. Some would say he was zany, colorful, and just generally great fun to be with... as long as someone isn't relying on him to get some work done. Sirus is someone who is quiet and somewhat withdrawn. He is someone who doesn't need lots of other people around to have fun, and can sometimes find that people are tiring. He is also someone who is willing to make difficult decisions when necessary, and will point out when something is wrong no matter what other people might feel. Some would say that he can be tough and uncompromising. Sirus is someone who is generally calm. He can sometimes come across as someone who can feel emotional or stressed out by some experiences; however his feelings tend to be warranted by the situation. He may be 35 but on the inside he is still just a kid.
Biography/History:
Sirus was born in Concord, New Hampshire to a mother and a father. His father was an eastern history professor at a local collage and his mother was a chemical engineer for a pharmaceutical company. Sirus was raised in wealth, having everything he wanted when he wanted it. Due to his parents giving him everything he wanted he grew up spoiled rotten until he turned ten. It was then that his parents thought him old enough to be left alone with a nanny and began to travel extensively. Sirus loved his nanny but she was old and tottering unable to do nearly as much as his parents had, so slowly he began to change from being spoiled rotten to being relatively calm and caring. Sirus was always an introvert, and had extreme difficulty making friends. As he got older his classmates took his shyness as superiority and began to resent him. When he got into middle school he was harassed on a daily basis but did the only thing he could; grin and bear it. When he was thirteen his family was met with disaster. His mother was in Africa at a branch office for he company helping them develop a new drug for diabetes when the building was bombed. A local group of men thought that the labs had the medicine that they needed for their families but where unwilling to give them to the people. In despair and anger they attacked the labs. I was after this incident that Sirus’ father began spending less and less time at home until Sirus was lucky if he saw him once a year. After he turned 15 his father told him that they were moving to Japan because he obtained a better position at a prominent collage there. So they packed their bags and moved overseas. Once again they settled into a pattern of hardly ever seeing each other and that was fine with both parties. At first Sirus had a difficult time adjusting to the new culture and the new people. What was worse though is that he felt even more alienated here than back at his old school. Here he was taller than everyone else, he had blond hair, he had lighter skin than everyone else, and he still had a difficult time speaking the language. To his delight the people at his new school were fascinated with him. He was still to shy to be popular but he developed a few close friends. Sirus sailed through high school on a cloud of happiness and content, but it seemed that fate was no content to let him rest. A week after his graduation, which his father had failed to show up at, his father had a heart attack. Left stunned by the sudden death of his father Sirus delved into his studies at collage. It was here that he found his calling what he really wanted to do. At first he wanted to be a General Practitioner doctor and studied this for four years before deciding he wanted to be a surgeon. He studied this for five years but felt that this wasn’t what he was meant to do. So this time he decided to attend a psychology class and fell in love with it immediately. Sirus found that he had a gift when it came to psychology and quickly surpassed the limits of what the classes could teach him. He graduated with a PhD and began his career as a psychiatrist. .He interned for three years at a local hospital before being offered a permanent position which he gladly accepted. It was here that he met the women that would be his killer. She was the mother of a 16 year old boy that had brain cancer. Sirus was talking with the boy letting him have an outlet for his worries and frustrations. As the time passed Sirus and the boy began to develop a friendship, but the boy continued to get sicker. It was on Christmas Eve that he died. Sirus was in his office finishing some paperwork when he heard the scream. He rushed down the hall where he found the mother strewn across her son’s chest. Sirus silently turned and walked away knowing that she would want to left alone right now. When he arrived the next the mother and son were both gone. Sirus was sad that the boy had died but he could not let it consume his thoughts, he had other patients to take care of. A few weeks later Sirus was walking to his car late at night after finishing some case work when the mother stepped out from behind a large black SUV. She was holding a black pistol and pointed it at his face. She was crying and screaming something but to Sirus time had stopped the only thing he could see was the barrel of the gun. He could tell that the women was unhinged and that he was going to die, so true to his nature he smiled at the women and said three words, “I forgive you.” That was the last thing he knew. The next morning it was on the news of a woman shooting a doctor nine times five in the chest and four in the face. She was to be sentenced to life in prison. Sirus, on the other hand, woke up in a very strange place. It looked roughly like the Edo period in Japan. He walked around awhile before meeting a person dress in solid black. They smiled at him and asked Sirus to follow them. He did so without much complaining, the person took him to what appeared to be an academy. Here everything was explained to him, that he was dead, that he had power, that they wanted him. Sirus agreed to enroll in the academy and graduated four years later as a new Shinigami.
