 AMAZING! I went to see it Friday night, opening night~ And I have to say, it really surpassed my expectations! I didn't think I'd like it this much, but it's now officially going to go on my favorite movies list. I'm gonna bootleg it... XD I also downloaded the soundtrack as well. C: If you want any of the songs, send me a PM and I'll see if I have it, as I'm missing some. But anyway! If you haven't seen it, go see it in theatres. It's definitely worth a ticket! You'll be laughing at all the gory goodness it has to offer. And as for those of you that saw it, what did you think? O:

I don't hink I plan on seeing it. While it looks funny, I just don't really do well with any sort of theatrical gore. I mean, I can do war-movie gore and non-House gore, like Saving Private Ryan, Equilibrium, LotR or stuff like that, but horror-ish movie gore has never sat well with me. It's just not my scene. I'll stick to my zombie games and literature, thank you. XD

It was better than Shaun of the Dead, in my opinion. C: i think what harken meant its not as realistic as movie's are, and yeah gory movies as he was saying they dont set well with me either

Yes, there's definitely a difference in realism between the two. Zombie movies don't sit well with me for the same reason Ricky-O didn't; even if it's obviously or almost comically fake, there's something that sorta makes me a little uncomfortable. Zombie games, on the other hand, are a little more toned down in the fact that digital simulation tends to be less graphic than horror gore and tend to lend themselves to tension instead.
In addition, the zombie games I play aren't exactly "true" zombie games in the more purist sense of the word. For example, Half-Life is more about aliens with coincidental zombies and has toned-down zombie scenes and traits in comparison to, say, Left 4 Dead, which is the renowned zombie game from the same company.
Then, of course, on the farthest edge of the scale are games like DOOM3, in which you can rend the flesh from the bones of a bloodied zombie using chainsaw or literally take his head clean off with a shotgun, but those tend not to be my scene.

I saw a week after it came out =D
It was so funny @_@
The cameo was extremely awesome xD
They said they are going to make a sequel the first made enough money and was received well =D
And after seeing I really don't see how they couldn't make a sequel c:
