It was with a hesitant confidence that Lironax entered the lobby of the Facility that afternoon, directions written by Silas clamped firmly by his tentacle and bus fare home jingling in the pocket of his dark denim skirt. This was the first time that he had ever entered the eerie place alone since he left it, and it was very daunting indeed. But Silas was busy with work (again), so he had come alone. In retrospect, that was probably a good thing; the conversation he wanted to have with one of his DNA donors was rather private.
Taking a deep breath, he held himself up high and walked bravely up to the first labcoat he saw, tapping her gently on the shoulder. "Um, hello. Ah, I was just wondering, if he was free, if I could pretty please speak with Hyacinth? I know I'm not scheduled for an appointment, but it's about something a little urgent..."
Lir hadn't expected a warm response, but he also wasn't expecting the completely blank look the tech gave him. She looked him up and down, wondering if for a moment the spawn was joking, but then sighed and continued scribbling on her clipboard, replying in a monotone voice. "You don't need to worry about appointments, young... man. No one is going to be seeing the Patience angel. He is no longer here."
Lironax gaped openly. "N-Not here? But- But- Wh- Where is he? I- But I-"
A stern look dismissed his confused stammering into silence. "Trust me, spawn, we'd like to know as much as you. The boss was certainly in a fit about it. But, the fact of the matter is that we have no idea where he went. Sorry to inconvenience you, but you should just go home." And off she went to complete some task, leaving Lironax without even a 'goodbye.'
The Lust spawn was frozen for a second, staring at the tech's retreating back and soundlessly moving his mouth before shakily going to collapse in a chair, too shaken to even shed a worried tear. This was awful; just when he really needs him, Hyacinth disappears? In all honesty, he should have just followed the tech's advice and gone home, but... he just couldn't leave. He needed his question answered, soon. M-Maybe he could just wait here, and Hyacinth would come back. Y-Yes... Y-Y-Yes, that m-made sense...
Or so he tried to convince himself as he slid a little further into the chair.

It wasn't unusual that Pepper was walking around the facility with an air of confidence and malice that normally kept all the technicians far away from him. He enjoyed the dominance, secretly relishing the fact he could scare such a large group of people. He hummmed to himself as he sauntered his way down the hall and paused when he spotted someone with orange hair wearing a dress and ...a wing and a tentacle? He back peddled a bit a smile growing on his face. Excellent! One more person he could meet and make friends with and this one was a girl!
He didn't have a lot of girl pals...in fact now that he thought on it...he only knew one girl well and her name was Mareike. Though he hadn't seen the teen recently he hoped to see her soon so he could show off his growth spurt to her. Still he tottered over mostly his curiosity winning over common sense as he knew Vampy would be cross with him for being late for his lesson.
"Hey there," He scanned the girl over trying to pick out a cute nickname for her. He lingered on her gold eyes....they reminded him of his own and his smile deepened. "Golden eyes, what brings you here?" He inquired with a nod of his head.

Lironax hadn't expected anyone to speak to him, or even really notice him as he sat despairingly in his chair, except maybe a tech yelling at him to get out for no real reason. Therefore, he was very surprised at being spoken to, especially so kindly, and looked up...
Oh, my...
To his embarrasment, the sight of the speckle-skinned spawn had him stuttering like a complete fool, too busy marveling over how... handsome he was. For what was probably the first time in a while, his mind abandoned the idea of Aludra and stopped hovering on the almost-tangible absence of his crush. Now it was completely focused on not looking like a total idiot. Or a boy. Or an idiot boy.
Finally, a few of the words that were racing through his brain escaped through his voicebox. "Um, h-h-h-hi... Ah, um, I'm, uh..." he trailed off as he realized he had forgotten why he was there in first place. Luckily, he recalled within a few seconds, and smiled bashfully. "I c-came here to, ah, talk to Hyacinth, only he's not here..." A bit of the worry that he had felt previously came back, before he glanced at the attractive newcomer again and half-smiled.
"I'm Lirona- Lirona. Yes. Um, pleased to meetchu..." He trailed off with a slight blush on his cheeks, not sure what quite made him finally use the nickname Adhi called him, or throw his voice into such a high pitch. That is, yes, he was trying to be a girl in as many sense of the word as possible, but he hadn't gotten to the point of throwing his voice before...

This one had a stutter he tilted his head wondering if she was a bit afraid of him , not that he could blame her but he leaned against the arm of the couch she was sitting on so he could peer at her more closely. Yes..it was her eyes he liked. But then again he was always drawn to people who had any semblance to himself.
"Well Hi there Golden eyes, I'm Pepper," He introduced himself as he tilted his head in a curious manner as she explained she had come to see the angel Hyacinth. He reached up and scratched his cheek thinking on it.
"Oh...yeah he was the one that is MIA right now...Vampy wasn't very happy about that.." He looked back to her and grinned, "Why you need to see him?"

Lironax shrinked back a little as Pepper leaned down to him, understandably more than a little intimidating. He giggled quietly at his new nickname and Pepper's stubborn use of it, and looked down at his knees, fidgeting with the edge of his skirt and trying to keep his tentacle from resting on Pepper's hand as it longed to for God-knows-why.
The nervous boy started slightly at Pepper's question and paused before answering, wondering how he was going to explain it, seeing as he didn't even really understand it himself. "Uh, well, it's, ah, k-kinda complicated, really... Well, 'cause I'm part Patience and all, I'm not supposed to be angry, but me and my daddy think that I was for a split second a bit ago, and that's really kinda scary..." he trailed off, remembering how scary anger felt. All uncontrollable and senseless...
Looking back up, he grinned self-consciously, trying to look nonchalant. "But th-that was kind of a pointless venture, I guess. Do... does anyone know what happened to him?" he asked nervously, a wave of concern for his DNA donor flowing over him.

It was a conversation he'd rather not discuss, for really he didn't know much about the happenings except what he over heard from the techs. He didn't see anything first hand.
"Eh, as far as I know the rumor has it that he went beserk and killed wrath and gluttony.." he said his face screwing up in a manner as if he didn't really believe that story. "It seems unlikely given who..Hya was but there was no doubt about wrath and gluttony though, wrath looks like someone tried to eat him and well I heard gluttony was...in peices..like a bomb went off inside of him.." He trailed off as he then just stared at Lironax a bit.
"Not suppose to get angry?" He echoed the words and thought on it a bit. "That doesn't make sense...why wouldn't you be able to get angry? I know the patience angel didn't, he often let people do whatever they wanted to him...but your not him so...I dun get it." He responded with a roll of his shoulders. He flashed the girl a fanged grin.

Lironax's eyes went as wide as dinner plates at the news that Hyacinth had (apparently) gone completely insane and killed the wrath and gluttony demons. His hands went over his mouth as the corpses were described, not only because it sounded terrifyingly gruesome, but because it didn't sound like Hyacinth at all. He recalled how sweet the angel was he met him, and when he tried to picture that same person killing two other living things so violently, the images were either unrealistic or... completely disturbing...
With this terrifying image in his head, it understandably was a moment before Lironax realized that Pepper was staring at him. He glanced over at the other with a deep blush on his cheeks. The smile sent a shiver through him and he chuckled nervously, looking at his knees and shrugging. "I-I dunno... My dad just said that... I think it's b-because I'm part Patience, so it's an... ability I got. I think..." he trailed off awkwardly, fidgeting as he looked for something else to talk about, failing rather quickly. Damn...

Pepper noticed the others unease, he was pretty sure it was baised off the subject of Hya's disappearance plus the information he contributed to the death's involved. He reached out a hand and patted the other head in a strangely gentle manner. He gave the girl a reassuring smile,
"It's just rumors, I hardly believe Hya would be capable of killing anyone..." He trailed off recalling there had been a technician murdered as well. IN the angels living area. He didn't divulge this information Lironax seemed uncomfortable as it was.
He leaned in closer so he could whisper to her, "Personally I think someone kidnapped him, it makes a lot more sense."

Lironax wasn't sure if it was Pepper's reassurance that the terrible things Hyacinth could have done were just rumors or the pats on the head that he recieved that calmed him down more. All he knew was that he felt a bit more comfortable about the situation, and smiled gently at Pepper, grateful for his information.
Similarly, he wasn't sure if it was the sudden change in proximity to the attractive male or the idea that someone kidnapped his DNA donor that sent a shiver through his spine and a gasp through his throat. His hands went to his mouth again, the logic of the suggestion making it all the more scary. "Kidnap him...? But why? And who would do such a th-"
He would have continued, but unfortunately for Lironax, a certain kind of pressure against his underpants shocked him into stopping. With a squeak, he quickly crossed his legs, cursing his bad luck. Trying to keep his tentacle, which seemed determined to attend to the issue right then and there, from giving him away, he quickly stood up, smiling nervously at Pepper. "Ah, um, I'll... I'll be right back, okay?"
Hoping that he wasn't already driving away his new (attractive) friend, Lironax speed-walked awkwardly throughout the halls of the Facility, desperately looking for what felt like an eternity for a bathroom until- Yes! Hesitating only for a second, he quickly slipped into the girl's restroom for the sake of his disguise, and dove into a stall. Sighing quietly, he released control of his tentacle, letting it do what it wished. He just hoped that he could keep quiet...
A short time later, Lironax walked in what he hoped was a nonchalant way out of the bathroom, working on retracing his steps to where he had been chatting with Pepper. He hoped and hoped that the other boy was still there. God, of all of the most embarrassing things, and at the most terrible time, too! He hoped that the blush on his face would recede by the time he got back...

Pepper was about to say something when the other abruptly got up, he hadn't noticed anything uncomfortable going on...he wondered if he was freaking her out a bit. Still as she hurried down the hallway he followed after her silently, padding like a great stalking cat so she wouldn't know she was being followed.
He hovered around once she entered the bathroom, half tempted to go in but waited outside instead. Pacing a bit back and forth before darting around the corner when he heard her moving out. He watched her, and followed her back to where they had been. Of course she'd not see him as he was behind her.
"Was wondering what you were doing Gold Eyes," he commented as he went to wrap his arms around her shoulders in a draping sort of hug.
"didn't know I was following ya did you?" He chuckled as he noticed her ear...and then went to nibble on it.

Lironax was... well, one could say completely and utterly mortified and only scratch the merest surface of the emotion. It was the very quintessence of embarrassment, a feeling so strong it made the young spawn quiver. How long had Pepper been following him? How... how much had he seen? Or... heard? The implications had him blushing even more than the casual hug, which also sent tingles down his spine. He giggled nervously at the question. "N-no, I certainly didnAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUH!"
Golden eyes flew wide open in horror, and with a litheness that he didn't know he had, Lironax wiggled out of Pepper's grasp, backing a few steps away from the other spawn with his hands clasped over his mouth, face almost completely red. Did he just... Did he really just moan? That loudly, in the middle of- of- of everyone?
When he realized this to be true, Lironax's eyes somehow grew even wider as they stared at Pepper, breath catching in his throat as he tried to stammer... God, anything out. He backed away a few more steps, completely convinced that he had embarrassed himself into oblivion. What good could Pepper possibly think of him now?

Pepper blinked and watched as Lironax wriggled out of his grasp and then backed away after that rather loud sound he made. He tilted his head wondering if ..perhaps Lir had sensitive ears.
"Hey sorry Golden eyes, I didn't know you were that sensitive," He stated as he felt a bit bad at scaring her. He didn't want to scare her and he offered her a crooked smile as if he himself was now unsure of how to respond.
Of course he hadn't noticed anything out of the ordinary when he had followed Lir to the bathroom he had been to distracted to notice any strange sounds that could of come out of there.
He reached a hand out to pull Lir back to him, he found Lir was cute and some horrible part of him wanted to see her squirm.

Lironax's mind was still reeling with everything that had just transpired, and so it was understandable that he remained frozen in his position, looking with wide eyes at the half-smile on Pepper's face before squeaking out ""Sokay!"
But was it really okay? That is, that was... That was intense. Intense and completely unexpected, not to mention from someone he met, what, ten minutes ago, maybe? AND said individual, while being painfully attractive, was under the impression Lir was a girl, which would mean that even if they got that far, he wouldn't li-
Lir shook his head quickly, trying to rid his mind of the thoughts it had just brought up. What was wrong with him?! That is, yes, okay, Pepper was attractive. Very attractive. That he could admit to himself. But Adhi and 'Zuba and Aludra (especially him) were also all attractive, and he wasn't... fantasizing about them! It was ridiculous. He took a shaky breath; he needed to get himself under control before this got too far...
It was at that point that he finally noticed the offered hand, and followed the arm with his eyes down to Pepper's face, and the roguish, oddly half-hesitant smile that was there. Lir gulped, mind battling with itself for a moment, before he reached out with a shaking hand to grasp Pepper's.
God, he had no clue what he was doing...

Pepper took her hand gently and pulled her back towards him.
"Hey sorry again," He started as he smiled more like he normally did as she seemed to accept his invitation to get closer.
"Maybe I should of asked before nibbling on you," He continued looking a bit embaressed though not really, "I can't help it I tend to chew on people I like." He continued with a snigger as he then turned and gently tugged her towards him.
"Come on, lets not just waste time standing here, did you want to see the gardens? We could explore a bit maybe do some sluthing and figure out more about what happened to Hya!" he continued energetically, he was like a puppy all excited to have someone new to play with.

Lironax worked on recapturing his lost breath as Pepper pulled him back, his other hand still clasped in embarrassment over his mouth. Although his new friend seemed to have not dwelled on his... outburst, Lir would certainly remember it in shame for a long time.
He smiled gently in response to the repeated apology, and tentatively lowered his hand, smiling nervously and gnawing at his lip. "No, no, i-it's okay, I understand." He began to breathe a little more regularly and the blush on his face faded a little, although it was definitely very present.
At the invitation to see the gardens, Lir brightened up noticeably and nodded, much more comfortable now that the attention wasn't on him and his embarrassing noises. "Yeah, that sounds like fun! I've never seen the gardens before." Although he didn't mention it, he was also quite curious about what happened to Hyacinth, but part of him also didn't want to find out. After finding out the details of the Wrath and Gluttony demon's death, his mind had deemed the entire ordeal too disturbing to want to think about...
